Green Bamboo Noodle House

Our server was very familiar with food allergies and even showed us bottle labels to verify (didn’t ask for this, but she offered). They use gluten free soy sauce, which is a fantastic bonus as most restaurants in Memphis do not. I tried the tofu pad Thai and tofu spring rolls. My friend had bun thap cam. Everything was delicious and we will be back. There are numerous vegetarian/vegan and GF options. The service and food were excellent!

I was so glad I discovered this restaurant before the pandemic so I could continue to support and help keep them open. Now that I’ve moved away, any opportunity to grab food when I’m in town, I take it. Tofu pad Thai, tom yum soup, vermicelli, and shrimp fried rice. The list goes on and on. Everything is so good!!

Veggies options are good

Went with extended family. Got the beef pho and it was very good. Broth very tasty with enough meat. Pho noodles were good. Service was great. Atmosphere was quiet for a small eatery.

So, yesterday I walked in all smiles and talked to the lady with the bun who was making tea and to-go orders, stuff like that. No joke, she didn't even say a word to me but totally scolded me. I just turned around and walked right back out with my money, and went to a place right around the corner that has the same food. I don't know if anyone cares, but good customer service really makes a difference.
