I had the pleasure of having lunch at this location about a week ago. The dining room counter customer service was great from start to finish. My food was fresh, hot and delicious❣️🔥😋
I have only eaten at Guthrie’s once. We choose to eat here today and I was pleasantly surprised. The dine in area was clean. Although the lady taking our order was busy with BOTH the drive in window and dine in area receiving orders, she was pleasant. All 3 ladies were conversing but were not loud or obnoxious like most restaurant employees elsewhere. The condiments were stocked. The manager actually refilled both my drinks and had a smile. This 3 lady team needs to be recognized. You only see teams like this at CFA nowadays! I know that’s just my opinion but our lunch visit was wonderful and delicious with HOT food!!! Thank you to all 3 ladies: Brittany, Pricilla and Stephanie. You all were giving Guthrie’s a great vibe!!! ❤️

I was just scolded by who I guess was the manager at the 8075 Germantown Pkwy location because I did not want to let go of my military ID. When this location first opened the personnel and the service was great but over the past year the quality of service and personnel has declined.

Always fresh, hot, and delicious! The customer service is amazing. The Germantown Pkwy and Dexter location is always my go to. Even when I go to dine in, the dining area is clean and the customer service is no different! They also have curbside pickup spots available.

My husband bought a big box an the chicken was delicious but the drink was flat he also stated it was poor customer service an this not the 1st time he had poor customer service an the drink being flat

This place is awesome! The food is always hot, fresh & delicious. The restaurant is always very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Not to mention the family meal is very reasonably priced. This is why we keep coming back.
