It’s ok chicken place,Memphis has so many chicken joints, usually fresh which is good about it. Service is always good, but again your average chicken joint

Kema is awesome! She’s on top of it, in a world where customer service is declining, she gives me hope. I hope Guthries realize how valuable she is, she’s doing front counter, window and answer tickets all at once. There’s no lack with Kema - very sweet person with a positive attitude.

My husband and I went to the one they just open in Memphis TN... In Whitehaven area. The staff was very friendly and greet us when we came in and ask us did we want refills on our Beverages. The food was very good. I'm planning on going back again.

This was the most fantastic customer service I’ve ever had and a Guthrie‘s or any restaurant in Memphis! Miss KEMA provides the greatest customer service I’ve seen in a long time! Made it worth coming from Mississippi to experience her Service and fresh food.
