Kema is awesome! She’s on top of it, in a world where customer service is declining, she gives me hope. I hope Guthries realize how valuable she is, she’s doing front counter, window and answer tickets all at once. There’s no lack with Kema - very sweet person with a positive attitude.

My husband and I went to the one they just open in Memphis TN... In Whitehaven area. The staff was very friendly and greet us when we came in and ask us did we want refills on our Beverages. The food was very good. I'm planning on going back again.
