Rude service, wouldn't give me a single sauce after I just ordered food... waited to have my order taken even though there was Noone there... chicken was meh. And the fries were cold. Wouldn't recommend. And won't be coming back

This was my first time having Guthrie! The service was great! I asked for crispy fries and received crispy fries. The were out of hot sauce. I found the chicken strips I ordered juicy. The fries were perfect. I found the chicken very salty. I did not have to wait long for crispy fries.

I came to the store for a simple cup of ice and because your credit machine wasn’t working properly the young treated me like I was less than and close the window in my face because I didn’t have any cash. It’s not about the cup of ice the problem is the service if .27 cent was going to affect the company so badly you would think the machine would be available and the crazy part is I come everyday and get a cup of ice. I also have left change on multiple occasions but it’s business right.

First time dining there. Restaurant was clean and bright. Service was excellent-fast and correct! Staff seemed to like their job and not there just for the money. Staff even helped me with spouse who was in wheelchair. Food was delicious! Better than any chicken tenders I have ever had! Will visit again next time in town !
I pulled up to this location @ 2035 hrs (8:35 pm) tonight after looking to see that the location closes @ 9:00 p.m., only for them to tell me, “Sorry, we’re closed.” Since when has 8:35 been the same as 9:00 p.m.? I used to work in fast food & closing time was closing time not 20-30 mins beforehand.

My first time going, don't plan on returning. No one in drive thru or restaurant when I went. I ordered a 3 pc chicken strip snack pack. Got my chicken and went home to eat. Upon opening the box, it was not strips but looked like nuggets.....hmmmmm The chicken tasted greasy, by that I mean like the grease/oil used to cook it needed to be changed... The fries were also with the same taste. Also, you get 1 Guthrie sauce with your order but the charge you for any others,,,, The one in Missossippi has great reviews from my co-workers but this one needs some work.

First time here and it will definitely not be my last. Great Customer Service ?? Thanks to Jamie. She was very helpful and informative in suggestions to make sure we had the full experience and everything was perfect for the number of people that needed to be feed. The food was fresh and taste great. The restaurant was clean even the restroom ? which was a plus. It's a drive for me but I'm willing to make it. This is similar the Raising Cane's. It definitely satisfied and hit the spot. Night shift thank you for the excellent food and service.
