Best hibachi I have ever had! The rice was not dry like some places. Everything was cooked and seasoned just right! The flavor was excellent, and you got plenty of meat.

As a Chef, I truly enjoyed every aspect of this experience. Hood Hibachi is part of a Kitchen Co-Op, which was one the best things I've seen in Memphis... oh and Preacha Tim food was on point!!!Vegetarian options: I had the Veggies Hibachi... Great!!

Hood Hibachi is awesome tasting. My boys that work with me as well as myself actually look forward to work Thursday nights knowing we will get to eat Pastor Tim's incredible cooking. By far the best Hibachi i have had since moving to the Memphis area.
I had Hood Hibachi for the first time and it did not disappoint at all! Not only was the food flavorful (I ordered Hibachi Steak) but it looked amazing and the owner's level of customer service was awesome. I'll definitely be back as I am a lover of Hibachi food. You should try it if you love Hibachi foods.

Pastor Tim is great. The food is better than 98% of the hibachi places in Memphis according to someone who grew up with a Japanese grandma’s cooking. The wait times are king, as this is a startup/pop up kitchen with a small crew. They do there best to give honest wait times when you order and are very nice when picking up. He had me try it before I left to give feedback and make sure that everything was good. My wife is a picky eater especially when it comes to Japanese style fried rice. This place has good flavors with a bit of soul on top. The prices are fair and similar to other restaurants. They’re a great local business to support. They aren’t perfect but are worth trying.

30 mins of waiting in a hot kitchen. That's 30 mins past the point when I was told to pick up. Me and six other people suffering the same fate. Watched a few people leave while they waited for deliveries. Not so much as a sorry.
