ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Waited on order only to find out it wasn't ready traveld in bad weather to another location only to find that they didn't have it went back to the original order location after investigation order was found I've waited in a bad storm too long for the mix-up.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

This is my neighborhood Chilis and I have been eating here for years. The servers are great. I have always had fun friendly servers that Chilis is known for. Since Covid, the wait times have grown tremendously. I assume they are short on staff. The greeters are not friendly to customers. They sat my group of 10 near the bar and then turned the football game volume extremely loud. We couldn’t have conversation. I asked the greeter if we could switch to the other side of the restaurant that clearly had enough seating for my group and I was denied. I get it. But when the greeter says, “we put you where we put you” and then gives you that smirk…. It seems that the greeting staff pleasure in giving guest long wait times, being rude and giving dramatic eye-rolls to guest. It’s said, this is a great place if you can get a seat.

I don't know what happened to this place but I had to pick up a very small order and it took nearly an hour. They are supposed to bring it to your car but no 1 was answering phones or placing orders on the rack. It was a bunch of people waiting in the very small hot space constantly asking for their order. Just disorganized
