Always loved this place and was excited to go with my mom, sister and girlfriend but was extremely sad to hear they offer no sugar free options so I was unable to eat it on my new diet and my mom was unable to eat here too because she is diabetic. If you aren’t looking for sugar free alternatives then it’s fantastic

I love Jerry snow cone when I want a hamburger I was going there but lately I find myself not going because they can't get the hamburger right ask for well well done but always pink inside but the fries are good if they can cook the burger right it will be my favorite place for the price the meal should be cooked right but other than that the food is good

Visited the drive thru; ordered a peach and strawberry supreme sno cone w/ light ice cream and extra sweet cream. Once it was passed to me I could feel that the cup was extremely hard, which to me, is an indication of lack of juice. So I checked and slightly past the lip of the cup, throughout the bottom, was plain white ice lol. No juice had touched it at all. I returned to the store and went inside. The young man at the counter asked me if I wanted it remade or to just add syrup. Since given the option, I asked it be remade being that it wasn’t made correctly to begin with. The young man took my snocone and went to start remaking it. At that time another young man stopped him and they walked further around to where I could no longer see them. At that point I knew I was about to get some bad customer service. The young man returned and stated that he could not remake the order and he took the initiative to add cream. I then requested a full refund, being that I was given the option at first but now it’s being retracted. He, again, took my snocone and returned and said that a refund wasn’t optional either. Whereas I was very annoyed I just left because unfortunately this isn’t my first rodeo w/ bad customer service @ Jerry; however, it was previously the White Station location, that is no longer open. These aren’t .50/1.00 old fashion sno ones. I paid right at 7$ and I was fine w/ that price had I received a good finished product. And when I asked nicely for it to be remade, not because I ordered wrong, yet because they poorly fixed my order, I was turned away unsatisfied as if I’d made some sort of mistake. Thanks again Jerry’s for your grand customers service!

Definitely not worth the money for the Philly meal. Fries weren't even fully cooked and barely a handful. Also the meat to bread was sad.

Had the cheeseburger combo with everything on it, a cheesecake milkshake, and a root beer. The burger was mediocre, and the milkshake made my stomach hurt. The root beer was the best thing. The fries were terrible and overcooked, and a lot of them were super hard. I asked for seasoned fries, and they put salt and pepper on them; not what I was expecting. Most restaurants have a seaon blend or use Slap Ya Mama or Seasoned Salt. Not worth what they charge and definitely won't be going back. People hyped this place up, and it's just a disappointment.

There was no soap, nor papertowels in either restroom and when I asked the male at the counter for one to dry my hands, you would have thought I'd ask him to run to Costco's and buy some. Our burger was good, but there wasn't any salt on the fries. Since they don't have napkins, salt or pepper on the tables, I returned to the windows to ask for some. I was told there were napkins in the sack (only 2!) and they didn't have salt or pepper. When I asked if they could either sell me some salt or take my fries and put some salt on them, I was told no. I mean really! Who sells fries and doesn't provide salt, pepper and napkins??? Come on people.

It took them 10 minutes to prepare a dip ice cream cone. I finally asked what’s taking so long? Then I was told something going on with the dipping chocolate machine. I asked for a refund since you all having problems. They bought dipped cone with half of thin chocolate. It looked horrible. I ask if they can make it over they kept saying the manager made it. . I threw it away. You can have that 2.41 I will never be back.

Worst food place ever. Spent 40.85 to wait forever on food that wasn’t good at all also drinks were kid size and fries was old. Never going there again. I see why they on the back street because it’s where they belong!
