I walk in with baby in my hand and I asked for high chair that guy just point me where it is instead of grab for me .. what he is thinking .. drop my son on floor go get chair ? .. bathroom nasty as hell .. the whole time we eat there no one come check on us we have to walk out find someone just to get check ... This just bad customer service alone makes me never want to step in there ever again. The customer service is worse than a cheap restaurant in a 3rd world country.
The food is good and well presented as a high end restaurant and would earn 5 stars from me but that bad customer service alone would make me never want to go back. if I order again it will be just taken out.
Add: they close so early like smoke shop near it still longer hour then theml.. if u do business like this lose close it.
To management: team or owner if you read this. Learn and teach your associates about customers from " green bamboo ".
Update after 2 years not go food getting bad customer services just down hill ...

When I questioned why my take out order was much more than I calculated it should be (by about 40%), I was asked whether I'd gotten the prices from their on-line menu. "Yes", I said. The young lady at the counter said "We haven't changed that in 6 or 8 years." Perhaps, to avoid misleading or angering customers, they should.
Vegetarian options: Of the 7 or 8 vegetarian option, they no longer had the two I wanted.

Hello, today was my first time trying this place out. I placed a to go order and to my surprise when I got home, wasn't expecting to have to cook the food. What I got was the beef soup with fillet mignon, the flavor was bland but besides that next time I will dine in and see if the experience is different.

Best Pho I’ve had in forever, broth was delicious, the beef tenderloin was so tender not tough at all, the noodles were cooked perfectly too. Side veggies for the pho were all very fresh. Shrimp spring roll was delicious along with the peanut sauce it came with. The server was so sweet and the woman who managed it I believe came and chatted with us for a while and was so sweet and funny. Very good experience, will be back soon!

As a pho connoisseur, I believe this place is underrated. Some days the pho is better than others, but I think this is one of the better pho places in Memphis. Definitely the best in Cordova/germantown/east Memphis.

On a chilly day this place hits the spot. COME HERE! The BEST PHO and spring rolls!! I love how you can add sauces to the pho to make the flavor POP! If you like spicy, get the chili oil on the side! My family comes here all the time, and it never disappoints! ?

The waitress lady was nice and she checked on us multiple times to see if the food was good or not. Frankly, the food was not good. I got some lemongrass chicken stir fry, which was supposed to be served with rice. And the lady apologized many times that their rice was over!! They gave me some baguette to eat it with the chicken. I was wondering if making rice was a big deal for them? All they need to do was to put some rice in the rice cooker. Anyways, the chicken stir fry was just a very basic one, nothing fancy! Two of my friends ordered pho and they were very disappointed with it. The pho was lacking any flavor in the broth. Overall, we were not much happy about the dinner.

This is our go to Banh Mi place.The Honey Glazed Beed Banh Mi is my favorite. Light sweetness with a freshness in every bite because of the cucumber and mint. Finishing off with a spice when you bite into the Jalapeño. Just the right amount of flavor on a toasted roll about a foot long. Make sure to add the carrots and sauce to your sandwich.If you like coffee, make sure to get their cold brew with no condensed milk. It's a good kick in the palate to reset your taste buds. Also strong.
