Im so happy they opened this germantown location cuz I love them and now we can have them anytime! This is where we buy all our office and family cakes! All flavors are winners! White chocolate and raspberry is my personal fave tho! Super highly recommended!! Nice staff, super clean, delicious cakes and beautiful decorations!!

I just purchased a 10 inch lemon cake for my husband’s birthday (1/24) and the young lady Alyssa was unfriendly. I wanted the #5 and #3 candles they had #5 I asked if they had any #3 she said I don’t think we have it…I asked can you please check in the back and see if there are some. If she wasn’t sure she should have volunteered to look in the back.

She really did not want to look but eventually reluctantly she went to the back. They didn’t have the #3 I asked her another question how much a particular box of candles she said it’s on the box (I looked on the box before asking and the price wasn’t on the box) again she was extremely slow to answer; as if I was disturbing her.

After the transactions (10 inch cake and a box of candles) I had to request a bag again she seemed annoyed. I came in an hour before closing so it wasn’t as if I waited to the very last minute to shop.

Alyssa, I apologize for disturbing you by asking questions and spending my hard earned money.

I order some cakes 12/27/24 when I took the out the fridge the tops was hard but the bottom was moist Not Happy with my order I emailed your company with NO response

I purchased a two tier cake for my husbands retirement ceremony. Unfortunately they do not use sturdy pillars and the top cake collapsed on the bottom before we even made it home. Somewhat disappointing due to the cost and presentation. We didn’t have time to do something else so we just served it that way. 😢

The woman running your store in Holly Springs North Carolina is a horrible person to represent your company. She has terrible customer service skills and screams at customers over the phone stating that they never make mistakes. This customer had family member’s with a life threatening gluten allergy and when the customer called to tell the location that she didn’t receive either of the ONLY TWO flavors offered in gluten free, not to mention her entire order was wrong, she was harassed and ridiculed. When she mentioned leaving a review and telling everyone she knows not to visit that location, the owner/manager told her that she wasn’t the first nobody to threaten that and to go ahead. How in the world do you run a business this way?? I will never return to a Nothing Bundt Cakes if this is how you allow your stores to be ran. How disappointing.
