Mediocre food - High prices for what you get.Been here several times now - decidedly certain that I will NOT be back. This is the only location that we have been to that both of us emphatically agreed we would not try again. That says something.Everything was bland - except for the extreme amounts of pepper - on everything. The rice, the chicken, the steak, the vegetables. EVERYTHING. It was like we had ordered pepper with a flavoring of chicken, steak or vegetables. No kidding - that bad. Its like the cooks were trying to unload the extra shipment of pepper they got. No food from any restaurant I have ever been to had this much on everything. Its sad that the best part of our meal was the gyoza appetizer. We did not finish the meals and I tossed the remainder away into the trash.I agree with a lot of the negative comments from other folks. I do feel bad for the servers - they are trying and clearly they are up against the management. There are better places than this. Explore.

I’ve been eating here for over a decade. It’s been great and consistent for over ten years. I like this location and its ambiance and servers. Food was fresh and sushi is by far one of the best in memphis.

Excellent food. My picky eater son loved the gyoza, jalapeño bomb, and the spicy crunch roll.

Our lunch was excellent. Great, friendly and prompt service by Kalen. Our wasabi pork Shumai was yummy albeit different. Our 3 rolls were fantastic! Spicy salmon was my favorite and had a nice kick. Volcano was also excellent and had and even stronger kick. The Dymamite was good with the least of a kick in terms of spicy. Kalen was awesome. Our miso soup was piping hot. O stall great lunch and great service!

Entered, told we are closed until 4:30! Two hour gap between lunch end at 2:30 and dinner starting at 4:30! Really annoying, waste of time! TOO LATE FOR LUNCH AND TOO EARLY FOR DINNER! Didn't like the ambiance anyway! We left!Parking: Universal lot with other stores in "Strip Center"! We missed the entry door!

Absolutely horrible experience! We had to rush a family member to the hospital after we told them no cross contamination. We spent almost $100, because we always come here. We didn’t even get a full refund for our meal after the manger told us on the phone to bring the food back, and we’d get the full refund for the inconvenience. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Got the Yaki Udon dish, to much terriaki sauce, that's all you could taste. Wife got the terriaki fish with veggies and fried rice, not bad. Will try them again and try something else.

There was metal from a stainless steel scouring pad in my food. This was my first ever visit there. I will not return.

This is our favorite place to get sushi! Nowhere beats it! Their hibachi is really good too. Honestly I don't think you can go wrong with anything here. Service is usually pretty good too, especially considering they are always packed.
