First visit yesterday and it was really nice and so cute! The inside is giving Vietnamese culture for sure it’s super cuteeeee and I loved the Pho soup! Great first experience!

The man with no hair was really rude. Disrespectful to customers. Disrespectful attitude. We came to eat and pay. We deserve better service. We should not beg for food from that man. If you are a waiter, be more professional. If not, stay home.

There is one waitress that works here who is very racist and highly highly disrespectful I complained to the manager and the manager did absolutely nothing about it...I use to be a regular but I will never come back here again

The food quality is very stable and good. My favorites are Bun Bo Hue and Nem Nuong spring rolls. Always order for togo and the young lady is friendly and she does a good job packing and taking order.
I ordered their fried spring rolls. One of which had a hair in it, very long hair. I sent it back and all was gotten was a measly sorry.
Then I ordered meatball pho which the broth tasted old, not very fresh. But manageable.
I asked for some white rice on the side and when they brought it out, that too was old and hard. Felt like I was chewing rocks.
The only fresh thing was the vegetables for the pho.
Everything else was stale, old, and had hair in it.
The service was none existent and poor. I had to flag the staff down anytime I needed something.
And the older lady who checked me out was not very pleasant either. No hello, thank you, how was your meal. Just “$26 total”, and the end.

We’ve been sitting here for 20minutes and no one come to help order. Just give one ice water and we have two people. The large group with more than eight people come in later and all get served. I don’t even want try the food b/c they already ruined my good mood.
