We’ve been sitting here for 20minutes and no one come to help order. Just give one ice water and we have two people. The large group with more than eight people come in later and all get served. I don’t even want try the food b/c they already ruined my good mood.

I love Pho 4Ever! The food is so delicious here! However; there are only a few good servers. The remainder have made my experience piss poor on several occasions! If you get an Asian woman blonde hair, beware, her attitude is pitiful and if it wasn’t for the good food I wouldn’t bother visiting this establishment!

This place food is not good. This is not authentic Vietnamese food. Then, the portion is terrible because if you order vermicelli, you would get like 2 slices of thin meat.Service is terrible. They stereotype people. Only serve nicely to certain people. Will never come back again. This is second trial.

I gave this place a second chance and quickly regretted it. Our server was absolutely horrid. Did not listen to what my husband ordered and brought him something he did not want. She took forever to come back to the table and by then he decided to give it a try. I was having a hard time deciding what to order for an entrée and the waitress kept hounding me for my order. I finally ordered an appetizer and we left. When we went to pay the bill it was clear she had something negative to say to the other workers about us and they apologized to us. We will never return. There are better options in the area with great customer service.
Ordered takeout. Pho was decent, but omg the com suon (rice with pork chop) was not good. The pork was so tough, chewing on it could give you TMJ issues. Was the toughest I’ve ever tasted. 🙃

Went for lunch around 3.30 . There was one other patron in the restaurant. The person who waited on my table (blonde Vietnamese woman) barely said hi and just told me to sit anywhere. During the interactions she never said thank you, you are welcome and didn't ask if I needed anything else when I got my food . She never brought the check even though I had been done with my food for a while . I had to get up and pay at the register myself. I did not get a thank you or good bye when left. The food was good but service was really bad.
