If food is the only criteria, then this place is awesome. But if you want good service, then you will get one only if one of the following is satisfied:
1. If the waiter is a young person (less than 25 years), then most likely that kid would have studied in US. She/he/they will be well-behaved, friendly and polite. If the waiter is middle aged or old, then read next point below.
2. You need to be a White American. Yup !!!!!! You would also be fine if you are Vietnamese. If so, then irrespective of the age of the waiters serving you, they will be friendly, polite and sweet. But if you are of any other skin color, then they treat you like crap. Been to this restaurant atleast 5 times this year, so I am in a good position to make this claim confidently and boldly.
That’s the reason why I give 1 star for this place. But, the food here is amazing — 5 stars for the food.

The food was delicious! We had beef pho. The largest bowl is the size of a swimming pool. It was great! My wife and I shared. The service was very quick even though it was at lunch time during the week. The only down side to the atmosphere was that there was a patron who was talking very loudly on the phone using speakerphone setting. Aside from that our visit was great! I'd love to go again!

The Pho soup with flank steak was good! 4 stars instead of 5 as our waitress was attentive but seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We explained we had never been there before and asked what she recommended on the menu and she seemed annoyed by us asking

The rudest staff ever she was nasty reaching over food the lady asked if I know how to eat what I ordered lol I was with someone else never again...RUDE..
We had a very disappointing experience during our recent visit. There were two servers working at the time, and for reasons we still don’t understand, neither of them wanted to serve us. We even overheard them arguing, saying they didn’t want to take our table. What made it worse is that we arrived before two other tables, yet those tables were attended to immediately while we were completely ignored. This wasn’t the first time we’ve experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff here, but this time was particularly unacceptable. The way the staff speak to customers is often impolite and dismissive, and it really makes us question whether the owners are aware of how poorly their employees are treating guests. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear to us that we will not be returning.

Such a wonderful find. From the warm decor to the flavorful food, everything was more than expected. We arrived 5 minutes before closing so we expected to be rushed. On the contrary. The server insisted we take our time. The chef, delivered our food! How cool is that! Then while we ate, the chef and his wife(the server) had there dinner at a table right behind ours. Nice touch! We tried the shrimp egg rolls for appitizer. Light and very crispy. Wife had the brisket pho noodle soup and i tried the vermecilli combo bowl. Wow! Huge bowls bursting with flavors and ethnic aromas! A definite must try!

Pho was great but not much for meat in it. I ordered the seafood and I think there were like 4 shrimp and 3 pieces of squid and one of them was tough. The spring rolls were very good. The peanut sauce they came with was very light tasting. I would like to come back and try a few things off of the menu. The biggest issue I had was ordering something to go. The lady couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. I got my food and took it home and it was not what I asked for.
