The Pho soup with flank steak was good! 4 stars instead of 5 as our waitress was attentive but seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We explained we had never been there before and asked what she recommended on the menu and she seemed annoyed by us asking
Such a wonderful find. From the warm decor to the flavorful food, everything was more than expected. We arrived 5 minutes before closing so we expected to be rushed. On the contrary. The server insisted we take our time. The chef, delivered our food! How cool is that! Then while we ate, the chef and his wife(the server) had there dinner at a table right behind ours. Nice touch! We tried the shrimp egg rolls for appitizer. Light and very crispy. Wife had the brisket pho noodle...

The service was very quick even though it was at lunch time during the week.
The only down side to the atmosphere was that there was a patron who was talking very loudly on the phone using speakerphone setting.
Aside from that our visit was great! I'd love to go again!
