I started going to this location about three weeks ago. The customer service is always excellent, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the food is always good. I appreciate coming into a restaurant where the service is good, the food is good, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. Keep up the great work!

The carrot souffle has always been my favorite to the point I used to order by the quart . The fish and chicken tenders used to be cooked perfectly. Let me say the recipe has changed on everything. The carrots are chunky, and it tastes like shortening is used in place of margarine/ butter. The fried fish was overcooked or dried from being under the light too long. I believe it's still a good place for some people to pick up a single quick meal( elders at church like), but have learned from visiting Covington Pike and Germantown location it's no longer for me.

We got our orders to go and I didn't take any pictures.Usually, when we visit Eads,TN we eat at this location. The menu selection is awesome ?, tasty, cooked just right and servers give nice portions. There are so many dessert options.Cake, pies, puddings, candied yams and others.I love the catfish fillet the smothered porkchops, fried okra, pecan pie, and chicken.Parking: About 10 spots in front. Their business is so heavy that you might have to wait for a parking spot.Service is so quick you don't wait too long.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

The meal we ate tonight was cooked to perfection at the Piccadilly on Germantown Parkway in Cordova. Thank you all.

Scott Krueger, the GM at the Germantown Piccadilly, was the most professional, personable individual and is obviously knocking his job out of the park! He worked diligently to coordinate and feed our our high school football team as we made the 3.5 hour trip to play an away game, just 1 mile from his restaurant. Below, is our follow up email we sent to him. He deserves a promotion, for sure! He was such a joy to work with!We cannot thank you enough for all you did to make the trip a success. We certainly had our share of challenges that day but pre-game meal was not one of them. The food was delicious, the service was timely and friendly and you, sir, certainly run a tight ship! The restaurant itself inside, the bathrooms, even the outside and the parking lot were incredibly maintained. Your willingness to communicate with us so effectively leading up to the day put us at ease and when we arrived, your ability to help us direct traffic and communicate with the kids was so extremely helpful and quite encouraging and uplifting - right when we really needed it.We cannot thank you enough for making our day! As you know how important food is to teenage boys and coaches, the experience at Piccadilly exceeded expectations for all. We don’t anticipate a trip back to Germantown anytime in the near future but you put Piccadilly on the map for 120 new customers. We will treat ourselves to the restaurant again as soon as we possibly can and we all will be leaving positive google reviews!Thank you so very much.Riverdale Football

Unbelievable that this location is not open because the manager had to go to the bank. It is 11:36. I wanted to come up here really quick to get my mom something to eat while at rehab center. This is so frustrating and unacceptable

Whatever you want as the customer that's what they should serve you! The store manager is very rude to customers.

While getting my car serviced at Discount Tires, my hunger got the best of me. I traversed a 2 foot median and driveway to find myself at Piccadilly To Go. I was greeted with he irresistible smell of baked fish. The food looked so delicious that I bought two plates! To top it off, the food tasted as good as it looked!! Many thanks to the cooks that work hard in the kitchen!! What was even more awesome than my food was the service from Ms. Saudia! She greeted me like an auntie dropping in from out of town. Her smile and respectful attitude were seasoned with love as she made my generously portioned to go plates!! You guys have a gem in Ms. Saudia, a throwback to Southern kindness and hospitality that is sorely missed in most establishments today!

It is still southern taste we love getting food from Piccadilly

Hands down, the worst (and least seasoned) Piccadilly in the city. This definitely is not true southern food.

Service was great but all the food taste toooo vinegary. Like they doused vinegar on every item. This was my first time but I won't go back unless I just had to!
