Poke World - Cordova

I used to love this location but lately the poke bowl has been horrible quality. My bowl tonight has mostly hard white rice, horrible canned type corn, pineapple that tasted rancid, and just was bad all around. And the drink I got that specifically said it came with milk pudding had nothing added to it, it was just plain. Also tried to converse with the cashier and told them to have a good day before I left and they completely ignored me.

Poor service. Very rude. Do not recommend visiting this location.

First time today at this location. The guy in blue shirt and white cap at the register was super rude. It took a while to decide our order, but he was frustrated over it.

Overall taste and drinks were good. Just one drink we ordered was not cold enough, he didn't like us asking for another cup of ice either.

Loved this place many menu options with a emphasis on sticking to it's Japanese roots

Good experience.. only reason I can't give a 5 is they no longer have rolled ice cream which is advertised on their signage

That was the worst poke bowl i ever had, everything was at least 1/2 day old, the rice was stuck together like it had been in the pot for a day, they my wife ordered eel sauce and they poured half a bottle in. Awful, just hope I don’t get food poisoning, if the fish was as old as the rest….. don’t go there.

Two of us came in at 11:20 and ordered two bowls, 10 minutes later a group of 8 came in and ordered 8 bowls. Instead of finishing our bowls first, they did the group of 8, and we had to wait 20 minutes just to even eat. Ruined our appetites, and they got the orders wrong.

I love this place.
It’s a few time I was there 15 minutes before closing time.and the sign still say open.but the worker there don’t want do there work.you know they just said “we closed “ I ask it’s still 15 more minutes and even the sign still say open.I think owner need to train them how to work righ.

Really really nice but didn’t look the cleanest!
