I love this place the food is good they have food prices and good everything they were so nice especially the one with a tall person and wears a hat

The bowls are delicious. Made to order and customizable. They have lots of appetizers, teas, and rolled ice creams. We ordered some chickie nuggies for the kids and got some Red Gold ketchup with a cause packets. The ketchup poke world purchases provides scholarships to dependants of fallen and wounded servicemembers. They also have a wall with some very good doodles from customers.

Best taro boba in Memphis.

Very clean and appealing place. Wonderful choices for bubble tea and rolled ice cream was amazing! Try the dumplings delicious!

My kids favorite spot for Boba!! The Poké bowls are my favorite! Haven't had a bad experience here and world highly recommend!

Very tasty and delicious!

I used to love this location but lately the poke bowl has been horrible quality. My bowl tonight has mostly hard white rice, horrible canned type corn, pineapple that tasted rancid, and just was bad all around. And the drink I got that specifically said it came with milk pudding had nothing added to it, it was just plain. Also tried to converse with the cashier and told them to have a good day before I left and they completely ignored me.

I wish the gentleman would put down his phone at least when he's taking the customers' orders. I asked for a Strawberry Milk Tea Slush with tapioca and a Taro Milk Tea Slush with tapioca. I assume he got my order right because on the screen it said, Strawberry Slush - Tapioca. When i got my drinks, i noticed the Strawberry drink was bright red instead of light pink. He put it down as a fruit Tea instead of a milk tea. I asked my sister if I did say the correct thing and she said I did. However, I had just finished my errands and was too tired to confront the man about it.

I frequently visit this location for a poke bowl, but today my order was incorrect. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home. When I called, they refused to remake the bowl despite me having the receipt. Instead, I was told to freeze the food and wait until Monday (today is Saturday).I called another location to confirm the policy, and they informed me that if a bowl is made incorrectly, it should be remade. This situation is unacceptable. The employee I spoke with kept insisting he “just works here,” but it’s common sense that if my bowl was made incorrectly—with a protein I don’t eat—it should be replaced.I called three times, and all I received was attitude and no solutions. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I expected better

Poor service. Very rude. Do not recommend visiting this location.

First time today at this location. The guy in blue shirt and white cap at the register was super rude. It took a while to decide our order, but he was frustrated over it.

Overall taste and drinks were good. Just one drink we ordered was not cold enough, he didn't like us asking for another cup of ice either.

Loved this place many menu options with a emphasis on sticking to it's Japanese roots

Good experience.. only reason I can't give a 5 is they no longer have rolled ice cream which is advertised on their signage
