You couldn't pay me to set foot in that mf again! We never got any service or food! We had to flag down a waitress for water. No explanation or excuse for what happened there.

First time going here to see if I wanted to book there private room for my 40th birthday and I can honestly say everything was a 10 of 10 for me and my friend from the food to the drinks our waitress Brandy was awesome needles to say I did book the room we will be back

First and last time going never again first waitress didn't want to do a big party, the second young lady was very nice but for me this place is not together . Fish tasted re cooked no thank you my son had meat loaf over cooked , after waiting a hour for food or drinks ?.. never again

I went yesterday for $5 happy hour. Let me start by saying the food was good! The drinks were good! The hookah was weak, but I didn’t mind because it was only $5. The customer service was poor. I have been to this establishment previously during regular hours and had a good experience. Yesterday they were extremely understaffed. I love the concept of the $5 happy hour, but the staff couldn’t handle the workload. Which in turn made it an unpleasant experience. The owner was extremely nice and showed empathy when people were complaining. The table was dirty. The floor was sticky. They need a cleaning company to come in and make sure it’s clean. The happy hour concept was great, but they need to be more staffed to be able to deliver a great customer experience.

First time coming here and they give yo ass a SPREAD for real! For the price, this was definitely it! Gotta come back in the future on a Sunday or some!!

Horrible experience today, seems as though staff only caters to their friends and not other patrons. We sat at the bar for over 30 minutes never even got a water. Asked a waitress passing by did she know who our server was she said “yes” and walked off…. Still no server ever came over…

Omg this establishment is disgusting ++ restrooms are atrocious and the servers totally disregard it. Very disappointing to experience a low quality service and environment.

My first time and I was disappointed, wasn't what I expected. A party was going on in one of the rooms, and the woman who was given it to maybe a teenager brought a 5 or 6 year old with her. The food was ok, not what i expected. The DJ needs to play music for the older crowd, not all that Rap and the same songs back to back. No 5 or 6 year old should be there or out at that time of night. I try to give people the benefit and find out for myself but was very disappointed this time. Will not be back

Okkkkkkkkkk so I know I said I wasn’t going back to Reservations,but I gave them another try?my daughter kept saying “mama go back,it’s good now” they got $5 lemon drops,$5 green tea shots and half off appetizers before 7,and $5 hookah(that’s her thing not mine)lol I was like NOPE‼️

The service was trash and my food was terrible ?The first time ‼️
But let me tell ya’ll,my second experience was a 100/100!!!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. It took almost 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and the food was cold when it finally arrived. To make things worse, they automatically charged a 18% tip to our bill, which wasn’t deserved at all. I always believe in tipping for good service, but this felt like a forced charge for subpar service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I won’t be coming back. Be aware of the automatic gratuity, especially since the service is nowhere near worth it.

We tried the lemon drop in peach, strawberry & blueberry. The drink was just syrup extremely sweet. I then ordered a mimosa flight thinking it would be better since our first drinks were sweet but the flight had no flavor at all. We had wings, buffalo egg rolls & pasta. The chicken pasta was delicious. The eggs rolls & wings ok. Not something i would order again. Music 10/10 the DJ was great ace worked hard to get ppl out there seats. It was a mixed age crowd. I plan to visit again in the day time and try them out again. This visit wasn't all bad but could have been better

This was my first time at this establishment.. overall the place was nice. Food was pretty good. Music in the early part of Happy Hour was cool, R&B but the service from our waitress was HORRIBLE! We were seated at least 15 mins or more before we had to find a waitress to locate our waitress! She didn't explain the Happy Hour menu and prices, which if the flyer says $5 Lamb Chop, and only 1 Lamb Chop was ordered, why did she come back with 4 explaining they were 4 for $20 but it wasn't on the menu as a max had to be purchased! She then took FOREVER to come to the table to see if anything else was needed or if anyone else wanted to order anything! The rest of my party was there by 6:30pm and couldn't order anything from Happy Hour because we couldn't FIND her! The music was at a volume that you could actually have a conversation with the person next to you, then it seem like around 6:30-6:45 it went up and you couldn't hear NOTHING! By this time I was ready to close out my tab and head on out! Then as we paid out our tab (one of my guest) she had SEVERAL DRINKS (that she didn't order)on her tab along with Happy Hour drinks ($5) when she only ordered 2.. for a total of $85! When it was corrected, plus tax and a gratuity she didn't DESERVE, her total was $61.21. My guest gave her $101.21 which she should have brought back $40.. she brought back $39 and tried to give her a hand full of change and said “we don't take change”.. WHAT?? This young lady needs to be trained as a server PROPERLY!! I understand tips, but NOT when you're not doing the job. Other waitresses were hitting their tables back to back with food and drinks without having to be found and we had to look for ours! Two of my guest ordered Hookah that burned out and when replaced it still wasn't pulling much. Although I wanted to get out for my birthday to a different spot, I would give this experience 4/10.

I definitely enjoyed myself at This location last Friday . I was celebrating my birthday with my friends and everyone enjoyed themselves and the food . The greeting we received was lovely from the ladies at the front who works there . We all enjoyed our first time being at this place overall . The vibes and the food was amazing . The drinks were also great ! And the bathroom was BEAUTIFUL. I loved the scenery and the pretty infamous wall with the sign on it . 10/10 overall and I definitely plan to return .
