The restaurant is great! The lack of staff sucks. It took an hour to get drinks to the table and even longer for a glass of water. It seems there were only two servers for the entire restaurant. When it finally came to the table, the food was fantastic. The entrees arrived before the appetizers, it was chaotic. Finally, who wants to try to eat Salmon and fettuccine with a small plastic fork. I didn't like the (small) plastic utensils with real restaurant large heavy glass bowls and plates. It made no sense and was hard to enjoy your food when you couldn't pick it up. All in all, the place is very nice inside and out, and the food was great (after I made it home to a real fork). I will definitely go again, but I'll take my own silverware.

Overall I love the atmosphere of Reservations. The food is always amazing and the drinks are great too. It does take a while for someone to come to the table no matter how busy they are. The music was straight vibes the entire visit. The DJ didn't miss at all. If you can get past the initial wait, the remainder of the experience is totally worth it.

The food here is excellent, however a bit overpriced and the service was very slow and I believe the waitress double charged me, I had 1 entree-$32.00, 1side-$8.00 and a drink don;t know how much drink was however along with the gratuity came out to $97.00? Will get to bottom of that transaction, the waitress did the best she could I guess, but it took a long time to get our food, the manager did apologize but sometimes when its short staffed of whatever the case may be, they should offer some type of courtesy, just about everywhere is out for making money and the service is not up to par but they always expect a tip, does not go hand in hand, and again the food is good.Parking: not a lot of parking space

Can in on a Thursday night bout 7pm it was already crowded, took like 15 minutes to get a table finally sat down, didn't get a waiter till bout 45 minutes then once she apologized we ordered and bout and hour later she came back and apologized and asked if we were thirsty and wanted something to drink, only for another 20 minutes or so she came out and was like look they haven't even started on food yet because it's Thursday and it's 2 for 1 Margaritas so we basically left and definitely won't be back, i must do say they was very live and having fun inside

Very nice ambience! Food was fine. Drinks were ok. Pricing is about normal for a lounge spot. Place is large and plenty of room. Booths are private or open if wanted. Music was good! Def will visit again!

Had a reservation for 7:30. When we arrived, the hostess states “we don’t have any tables ready” and “not sure when a table will be available”. She then proceeds to write our name and number down for a “waitlist” and told us we could see at the bar to get started. We sat at the bar our entire visit. Food was ok, some of it was cold when it was brought out. But overall our bartender/ waitress was very nice and attentive. The lemon drop was great and so was the music.

Reservations went from 10/10 to -10. & Our Waitress forgot the birthday girl food. We all ate & paid for our food & then she says “ oh your chicken is dropping” when she ordered fish. So an hour goes by still no food. The waitress, I guess felt guilty and said “it’ll be out soon, does she want it Togo ? Because we don’t do refunds” I said Refunds ? At this point her food should be free ! She goes to get another waitress… the waitress comes to the table & ask when her birthday is. The birthday girl replies yesterday, they said oh well we CANT give you the birthday special then. So at this point I asked for the manager. Sweet lady but she came making plenty excuses. & I asked if you could accommodate her for forgetting her meal. She said the best she can do is a discount. & so with that being said DO NOT GO TO RESERVATIONS FOR ANY SPECIAL OCCASION, because they don’t care about you no matter how much money you spend. We ordered our food at 7. The birthday girl just getting her food at 9:20 & no it was not packed !!! I will never go back again & I advise you to do the same

Had a reservation booked for 5. When we arrived we had to wait 15 min because “they were setting up”. Finally got seated and placed our drink order another 30 mins goes by before the waitress comes back to the table to take our orders. Maybe 20 mins later she finally brings the drink. Another 45 min wait then the food arrives and it was mid and room temperature. I was so dang mad. The waitress only checked on us when she brought out the drink order. This place seriously needs to focus on customer service and provide customers orders in a timely fashion.
Took to long for a waiter to come to get our order when I did put my order in I ask for alcoholic beverage I don't get it until I got my food which took a very very long time to get My egg rolls where little and not tasty I order fish with fries and sweet potato casserole fish was soft not seasoned fries burnt hard casseroles must dump all the brown sugar on top very gretti so very unhappy with the price of the food that food should have been better drink was like juice taste no liquor so need better food and people

Let me just start by saying upon arrival we waited about 10 mins unattended before someone came to assist us. This is my 2nd bad experience with the same dilemma. The first time it was grand opening we reserved a table and still had to wait an hour for service. This 2nd time she just said she didn't know how long the wait would be but it'll be a while..we stayed there over a hour in between waiting on the food we ordered and waiting to see if a table would come available. My question to you is what's the point in making reservations if one has to wait over a hour to be serviced ?

Gave my reservation to a friend because the restaurant would not allow me to cancel and this is what she had to say about her experience below. “Please DO NOT go to Reservations!!! We went for Valentines Day and it was straight trash!! We went to take the place of a friend who would've had to pay $50 if they decided to cancel. But honestly it ain't like it was packed so I'm not sure why it couldn't be cancelled. So we get there, it's dead. They immediately serve us some plastic water cups........We order drinks I get the Strawberry Hennessy that did not look no where near Strawberry Hennessy by no means. My man ordered the Long Island ice tea which looked like some Minute Maid lemonade. Also served in plastic cups btw. We asked for more water numerous times but the waitress would either forget or never come back. The fried chicken plate was okay and the fries were good, but my broccoli someone just dumped all the pepper they could in it and called it a day. My man ordered the stuffed chicken that automatically had a 40 minute wait, but once it got to the table it wasn't stuffed at all. Just a thin piece of chicken on top of some mashed potatoes. Not worth $34 AT ALL. Then to top it off, he isn't picky by no means and couldn't even eat the chicken. We tell the waitress about it who immediately said no refunds and it could not be replaced. She then asks what she can do to make it better so we tell her that it was “twangy” (overseasoned ). She said what does that mean? We explain but she still walked away and didn't do anything about the meal. ATP I'm just ready to go so we asked for to go boxes. Asked many times for those someone else ended up bringing us some. We pay and we noticed that the tip option was never made. Get the receipt and see we have been charged $17. She didn't deserve that tip bu any means. Pics and videos below we will NEVER be back!!”

We were seated but was served water in plastic cups. After a while we ordered drinks. They didn't have ingredients for espresso martini so I ordered an old fashioned. We ordered our food ( no drinks yet) people who were seated later than us got their appetizers before us. After 35 minutes, the waitress told us they didn't have bitters to make an old fashion.we walked out and were lucky to find a nice place that coukd accommodate us on Valentines Day thanks to open table.
