I haven't been here yet, but received some of their coupons through the mail. The coupons displayed free products like free 1/2 dozen donuts. Then on the back of the coupons in small print, you have to purchase a dozen donuts to get this offer, which is deceptive. No thanks. Don't advertise free products with deception!

Go to Krispy Kreme! Don’t be like me and end up getting stale items, which come with their duo special. If you go, be careful to check your order before leaving the store. I ordered a lemon filled doughnut, but it was missing from my bag. And I received some type of stale hot dog sandwich instead of the sausage and egg that I ordered. I will never order from this place again.

My husband and I just walked into Shipley donuts on Germantown Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 8:30am. We weren't even acknowledged when the girl working was cleaning up after customers in front of the counter. We waited for her to finish cleaning up and helping the car at the drive-thru. Someone walked in behind us. The girl walked back to the counter and said can I help someone? We had been standing there for about 5 minutes but she helps the person behind us. We left and will not return.

Went and bought half a dozen donuts from here. My husband got 3 and I got 3. Was looking forward to my blueberry cake donut and it’s not even edible. The fact that they served this donut to me so over cooked is just crazy. It should have been thrown in the trash. Makes me want to find any other donut shop because this is not the first time their cake donuts have been overcooked and still served to customers.
The service was good. The young man was very nice.,but I am disappointed in the quality of the donuts. I got the plain glaze which has very little glaze on them and they were dry. The powder sugar and the cinnamon sugar...were very dry and seem stale

I visited Shipley's in Houston Texas, the donuts were amazing no matter what time we went the glaze donuts was served hot , so when I found out that they were here in Memphis I was so excited, my husband and I have been there twice each time they told us that we can't get the donuts hot, but the website says that they are served hot, that's one of the things we enjoyed about them not only where they good but we could get them hot, I don't understand why they advertise it and not do it! And they also told my husband that they were fixing to close that's why we couldn't get it hot and it was only 3:47 but it's say's 6:00 on the website.

Donuts are OK. Shipleys were my favorite donut shop in Arlington TX but not in Memphis. Cambodian made donuts in Memphis are the best. The girl behind the counter made it very clear about what a dozen donuts is.
