My coffee wasn't it's normal, piping hot, but still warm. Service was great as always. The prices are still too high. I only go now if someone gives me a gift card. I still think points should never expire. We pay TOO much for a cup of coffee for the points to expire.
It's not a private island keep in mind if you believe the five star rating is "too much". It's clean and the employees are both helpful and rarely make errors, even during the holidays. That's been my experience for years when I'm in that direction. The potholes in the parking area appeared to have been handled too! No complaints.

We ordered two drinks and two sandwiches, cashier wasnt trying to pretend she wanted to work. there were gnats flying around, tables and counters had trash and spilled drink residues. my drink was gross , being just milk no coffee and no syrup. Both sandwiches were heated too long and not put together properly.. Yes i could have went to go get it redone but i was already on my way when i tried my food.

Patio looks like there was a smoking competition with butts everywhere. Thought Starbucks was a non-smoking entity. Even had a person smoking while we were attempting to hold a conversation. Not Good!!!!!

This place seems bigger yet more intimate than other locations. The staff was great and friendly as well. Did not eat so can't rate the food.
Unfortunately, they didn't have the ingredients for my drink I typically order which is a mocha cookie crumble . The person taking my order suggested something similar and it tastes NOTHING like my typical drink . Other than this , my food items were good .

Great drinks, long wait time. I came in to sit down and do some work, but the pop music was blasting way too loud inside and outside. Typically, you go to coffee shops to relax, work, or read, not to dance.
