I was picking up an online order through the drive-through today. The person who took my order at the drive-through was so cheerful and sweet sounding. The girl who handed me my coffee at the window had the biggest smile. And then as I drive away, I see this beautiful note on my cup. I didn’t expect to be encouraged and drive away feeling so happy after picking up a cold brew, but I was!
My coffee wasn't it's normal, piping hot, but still warm. Service was great as always. The prices are still too high. I only go now if someone gives me a gift card. I still think points should never expire. We pay TOO much for a cup of coffee for the points to expire.
It's not a private island keep in mind if you believe the five star rating is "too much". It's clean and the employees are both helpful and rarely make errors, even during the holidays. That's been my experience for years when I'm in that direction. The potholes in the parking area appeared to have been handled too! No complaints.
