I noticed almost all the reviews that are bad are people that can’t afford Starbucks coffee . “Too overpriced” so why rate the store one star ? You didn’t even shop there ? I work for Starbucks and I can tell you each person isn’t the same and we’re all out here trying to make it . I love Starbucks but when you’re a customer with attitude , you get a worker with attitude so Please be nice !

My only issue is that there's never anyone at the counter by 6:30. I just waited 10 minutes and not a single barista was around. Don't post that you open 6 when really it's close to 7 am.

Normally i have a great experience. I was very disappointed with this trip due to not being served. I spoke to the barista when I walked up to the counter, she didn't say anything. I then spoke louder and stood at the register for a couple of minutes. She never acknowledged me at all, I left the store without getting anything.
Had a Dr appt in Memphis, and my grandson wanted a strawberry frappe. The first one on Germantown Pkwy was not good, not thick, or had no strawberry taste at all it was watered down. After leaving Dr appt on Poplar stopped there, and it was much better, I still think it should've been thicker/creamerier.
