To the young lady at this location thank you from the bottom of my heart. To the young lady in the subway Appling location thank you from the bottom of my heart. I went to get subway and my card kept declining then saw that the transaction was made on my bank account. Showed them but they said it wasn’t in the system so I was screwed she said I’d get my money back. This woman came outside and told me without hesitation she’d pay for it even after saying no you were my angel today. She said God is good well he blessed me with you today because she didn’t have to do that.

I ordered two six inch subs online: 6 inch Ham on wheat bread with lettuce, provolone cheese, tomato, green peppers, black olives, lite mayonnaise 6 inch number 23, with tomato, black olives, jalopeno peppers, bell pepper, provolone cheese , wheat bread, parmesan vinaigrette. My two 6 inch sandwiches were combined into one. Nothing was correct. Please hire people who can read. I leaned my lesson. I’ll never go back to this location. This is ridiculous.

How incredibly incompetent does an employee have to be to take an order online, that spells everything out in detail, and then give the customer half of the order? Wow! This store does not accept the national advertised discount. But then to rip me off by giving me half a sandwich? Wow! So if you copy the phone number on the website it gives you a landscape company. If you get the right number they either let it ring until it goes to fax or they pick up and immediately hang up. Wow! I wonder if the owner of this place understands how many customers just don't ever come back. Rude, incompetent, and no sense of how to make customers come back. I wonder how many other things they do to people's food?

Was not happy with my order at all. I ordered the footlomg cookie and it was hard as a rock, very dry. I also ordered a sandwich and it came with barley any meat or cheese or sauce on it, mostly just bread. Very unsatisfied, won't be coming back to this location.
If I’m paying and I want my wrap heat it I need it to be heated ! I just got it heated on Getwell ! Stop being lazy. I wanted a chicken salad wrap how hard is it to heat my tortilla?
