I love the daytime workers! The food is always fresh!

They make a decent sandwich, but their customer service is awful! I placed an online order for pickup. I gave them the name the order was under. They immediately started saying for me to call and tell them, the drink was not in stock. That I needed to call and change the order. I had no idea what they were talking about. Neither did they apparently. They barely spoke English. I kept telling them, my order didn’t have a beverage on it. They must’ve pulled the wrong name. Finally, one the workers, showed me a receipt. That had the correct name. They had me mixed up with another customer.

It took them forever to make 2 sandwiches. They only had one customer in line that evening. When my order was handed to me, the worker was very rude. I politely said, “thank you”, and she replied “okay, yeah”, and rudely slammed the window in my face. I can honestly say, that I was nothing but kind. Even when they caused all of the confusion, pulling the wrong order. They were argumentative and acted as if, I was stupid. When all along, they were the ones in the wrong. Not one apology was given, once they realized their mixup. I understand people have bad days, and may not like their job. However, that’s no reason to be unkind. It’s always the evening shift that’s unprofessional at this location. The day crew is more organized and courteous. I placed my order, paid for it, and tipped. All before I got there, and was treated horribly!

The three stars are for no accessible restroom. The staff members are helpful with menu selections. The sandwiches are toasted and seasoned correctly. I get the steak pilly. Ive gone twice to get my husbands lunch/ dinner. This location is in Cordova.

Clean environment. Staff greeted me upon arrival. I arrived early am, like between 9 and 10 am. Some veggies looked old in one bay. Sandwich was prepped order however veggies were applied sparingly. Will patron again to seeing different experiences.

To the young lady at this location thank you from the bottom of my heart. To the young lady in the subway Appling location thank you from the bottom of my heart. I went to get subway and my card kept declining then saw that the transaction was made on my bank account. Showed them but they said it wasn’t in the system so I was screwed she said I’d get my money back. This woman came outside and told me without hesitation she’d pay for it even after saying no you were my angel today. She said God is good well he blessed me with you today because she didn’t have to do that.

If i could leave a zero I would. I ordered two six inch subs online: 6 inch Ham on wheat bread with lettuce, provolone cheese, tomato, green peppers, black olives, lite mayonnaise
6 inch number 23, with tomato, black olives, jalopeno peppers, bell pepper, provolone cheese , wheat bread,
parmesan vinaigrette.
My two 6 inch sandwiches were combined into one. Nothing was correct. Please hire people who can read. I leaned my lesson. I’ll never go back to this location. This is ridiculous.

How incredibly incompetent does an employee have to be to take an order online, that spells everything out in detail, and then give the customer half of the order? Wow! This store does not accept the national advertised discount. But then to rip me off by giving me half a sandwich? Wow! So if you copy the phone number on the website it gives you a landscape company. If you get the right number they either let it ring until it goes to fax or they pick up and immediately hang up. Wow! I wonder if the owner of this place understands how many customers just don't ever come back. Rude, incompetent, and no sense of how to make customers come back. I wonder how many other things they do to people's food?

Was not happy with my order at all. I ordered the footlomg cookie and it was hard as a rock, very dry. I also ordered a sandwich and it came with barley any meat or cheese or sauce on it, mostly just bread. Very unsatisfied, won't be coming back to this location.

If I’m paying and I want my wrap heat it I need it to be heated ! I just got it heated on Getwell ! Stop being lazy. I wanted a chicken salad wrap how hard is it to heat my tortilla?

The lady that is working today right now was so absolutely friendly and outgoing. I will always go back to the subway great service great food, clean store.
