Amazing food - with generous portions. The price is reasonable for the amount and quality of food. The only downside is that the weather can be a factor eating there, despite the tent. When it’s hot outside, it’s hot in the tent despite tents. They offer glass bottle drinks like cokes with real sugar. However, the drink staying cool is a problem in hot weather. A fountain machine could go a long way, providing ice. This is all inconsequential however, considering the amazing food that is cooked to order. Staff were friendly and efficient.

My nephew and I got a beef enchila and a beef tacos with birria consomme plus a water. The food was really expensive for Memphis at $35, but super good. I mean SUPER GOOD. If this place were in Boston, where I live, it'd be the most beloved Mexican restaurant. Plus it's quite charming.
The consomme by itself with rice would be a substantial meal full of flavor, protein, and mass!

The Birria pizza is freaking amazing and well worth the money. Don't worry if you have leftovers because it reheats like a champ! Even in the microwave, though, my favorite way is in a skillet so it crisps back up. Also the ramen is great too, very flavorful with lots of meat 🤤

Some of the best tacos I've had. Definitely in the top 2 best tacos I've had, and unlike most taquerias, the tacos are not small, plenty of meat, and they are delicious. Everything on the menu that i have tried has been amazing, and very filling. By no means is it small portions. I highly recommend if you enjoy tacos or burritos

Hubby tried all tacos and loved them, with asada being his favorite. I had the birria ramen which was a good portion and delicious. It contained caldo de res ingredients in there as well (carrots, potatoes, hominy) which was unexpected but still good. We saw lots of people picking up orders and many getting the birria pizza, which I will definitely be trying next. There is a Walgreens across the parking lot to grab a cheaper beverage, or if you just want something other than coca cola, water and jarritos if eating at the food truck.
