This food is fantastic and the portions are decent for the price. As busy as they can get they always seem to take care of the orders well and timely. The service is cool. They have a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant kind of vibe but the food is top notch Japanese, sushi, hibachi and even some great popular Chinese dishes.

As an Uber driver, I have had the bad experience that the woman who serves at Tokio Grill DOES NOT DELIVER complete orders. She wants the orders to be confirmed without first delivering them. Customers receive incomplete orders and she blames the driver. Be fair and do your job well and responsibly.

They always forget to give out food packages, there is never anyone at the bar and the service is very slow. On two occasions they forgot to give me the correct amount of food bags.

So food was good but I forgot a bag of salt n vinegar chips pepperonis and chocolate crustables in a grocery bag on the table and they don’t seem to know what happened to it. Granted I know this is not the best area but I’m very upset someone stole my groceries while it was in their business. As soon as I got back to my hotel I called and they said it wasn’t there.

Got oyakudon, it's the best one in the city compared to other places who offer this dish. Always made well and sushi from here is made well too. Food always fresh and hot.

Manager or whoever works the front desk was rude. I called because as I was enjoying my food I found a BUG WITH LEGS in my rice.
I called and spoke calmly and nicely to whoever answered the phone. They had the nerve to say if I have already eaten it I can't get a refund. I clocked out of work and drove up there. When I arrived the manager or whoever was at the front came off rude saying I ate the food. She NEVER expressed remorse. How would I know there would be a dead bug in my food at the bottom. She had the nerve to argue with me and dig in the box and pull the bug out to compare it to ONIONS. Now you tell me if this a ONION OR NOT. Disgusting and rude. I will never go there again. This is Horrible customer service. You going to argue with a customer over $13 HOUSE RICE ?? I will be finding another restaurant to buy my sushi and rice from.

The food was ok. It's kind of bland without any sauce. I kind of felt rushed when the lady at the front desk took my order. After I had paid the lady then told me about the other sauces that weren't free. I paid with cash to buy the sauce I wanted after I paid with my card.
