Trap Fusion (Cordova)

Saw such positive reviews of this spot so I decided to try something new since don't eat out much. I like supporting BOB but was not pleased from the initial entry. I walked over to the young lady sitting behind counter and she's sneezed upon my entrance. She directs me to the menu. I explained already knew what I want and she tells me to place in kiosk. I enter my order and take a seat. As I wait for food the cook comes out and speaks to a person and has gloves on but no hair knet. A few mins later a few other people come in and the guy comes out and ask if good to place order on kiosk and they did. A little while later the young lady that was at the counter proceeds to the back. Next I see her what looks like preparing food. I don't know if she washed hands or not but there she goes sneezing again which was probably over the food. She puts two boxes on counter and asked if I was dining in or to go. I informed to go and proceeded to ask her about sneezing and she claims she didn't but I heard her clearly. Took the bag and left. Guess gone chalk this up as a $$s lost cuz never tasted even though had high hopes. We got do better at welcoming customers and following food codes. Being generous with rating.

Service was terrible. Food was terrible. I ordered online and they ran out of one entree that I ordered. Instead of calling me to see if I wanted to replace it, they waited until I showed up to tell me. Then they lied to me that fee would be refunded to my account and it never was.

Ehhh... what are the kids saying nowadays? "Mid." That's how I would describe this place. I ordered the $10 jerk Alfredo bowl, and it was just okay—nothing special. I was still hungry afterward. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the Molly Rancher drink. I'm unsure if it's worth $4.50, but it was delicious. My total meal cost about $18, including tips. I might eat here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. I'm curious to try their shrimp and grits, and the lobster nuggets look interesting, too, although my friend said they are a rip-off, given the price.

I love food but for me to pay for something and it not looking worth $20 I was disappointed because it coulda looked better than this plus it was my first time trying this restaurant I just don’t get how yall charge a lot for food and then your presentation is kindergarten

This will be my 3rd time trying to order from this location and they NEVER have what you want on the menu. I don't know if this location is franchise but the employees are not customer experienced at all. You stand at counter waiting to speak to someone and they literally just stand back in the kitchen looking at you through the window. Wasting a drive because they won't answer the phone is a headache as well. I give up! ✌️

Every time i go by they’re closed regardless of the hours. Unprofessional to not be open or not update your hours. Can’t even speak on the food if i cant catch them when they’re open

Food is trash paid $18.99 for an order of salmon bits and only got a few bites. Nothing like the picture. They didn't taste good either. I purchased the sweet potato with the honey butter or whatever supposed to come with it , I received a big cold sweet potato with nothing to put inside of it. Cabbage dry and tasted terrible. Throw the whole nasty meal away. 1st and last time here. Don't waste your time or money

I just left from there in the service was unfriendly ,she didn't understand there oen menu ,the female employee told me I couldn't stand up and wait for my order I had to sit down
and the food was blend never coming back

Guys honestly save your money. I know you see the big menu with them really good names and you gotta give em a shot. don’t do it. Food was horrible. No taste at all. Very expensive

Stopped in to get the jerk chicken alfredo pasta, but ordered a full rack of lamb chops and pasta. And maaaaaaane, them chops was perfect! Juicy, tender and ?

Grade A! The online ordering experience was very easy or you can call in your order as well. My meal was made FAST❗️and tasted delicious. I got the blackened salmon with wild rice and red beans meal (pic below). I was greeted with a warm welcome and the restaurant is always clean and kempt. Very recommended ???

Food was terrible. Honestly just tasted reheated and thrown together. Ordered the jerk chicken pasta and the chicken was super dry and not even edible. Don't waste your time, or money. Hardly any good service, place was filled with smoke from cooking. Definitely not worth the price they charge either. Just awful. But of course there policy is no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
