The food is always really good, I really recommend the empanadas. The service is horrible, the guy always has an attitude and looks like he hates life and really hates his job. I feel like since business is always slow for them they would have a better attitude when customers arrive. I tip based on service so 15% it is, but he actually deserved 0%. I only put 3 stars because the food was really good but if it weren’t for that then it would have been a 1 star.

Didn't get to eat them. It's like I wanted it but it wasn't the Puerto Rican kind I usually eat. The bread was different. I wanted the crisp not the bread texture form these empanadas. They smelled good tho. I'm sure my kids loved them.

A colleague and I ate here for lunch. Service was good, but they didn’t understand my questions in English. There were several tables, but they had not been cleaned very well.
Empanadas were good. They were deep fried and very heavy (I did not eat dinner that night as I still felt full). The flavor was a little lacking unless I used the included green sauce.
I would come back and try another time on the menu.

I have been buying empanadas from these folks since they sold them from their home through FB Marketplace, and I hate to say it, but it has gone way downhill. They are incredibly overpriced and the quality is just not good. There aren’t many options for empanadas nearby, so they’ll do in a pinch, but now they are often dry, have barely any filling and they can fake forever to come out. Additionally, an empanada should never be more than $4 at most.

These are Venezuelan empanadas which are different from the empanadas I had in the past. I had the chicken and cheese empanadas. The crust is very crunchy and fried like corn dog batter. I’m used to having a soft dough crust on my empanadas. Overall, still good food just not the texture that I like in my empanadas. The food was hot and fresh though.

These empanadas are delicious! My fiancé introduced me to their food truck and I’m obsessed. Fresh and delicious food! Give them a try. They have two food trucks, one in Germantown pkwy in the farmers market parking lot and on Winchester in the super low parking lot by the old city gear.
