I seen that food truck at the Cordova international farmer's market grocery store and the store is slightly bigger than the Winchester grocery store in Winchester road Memphis Tennessee and I don't have any chances trying out the empanadas and but I did try fresh frozen empanadas straight from the the Bolivarian republic of Venezuela.

It’s a food truck with two circular tables w umbrellas and additional tables in the back (without umbrellas). So most people probably eat in their car during the summer. We ordered a few empanadas (chicken, beef, potato cheese) and one arepa (beef cheese). It took a while, but you get a buzzer and the items arrive piping hot. The empanadas were greatly enjoyed, the arepa was generously stuffed, a bit too much cheese.Vegetarian options: Potato with cheese, black bean with cheese etc

Fantastic food. Me and my partner go here once every couple of weeks or so. Prices are very reasonable and the food is awesome. Beef is my favorite. Always get them With cheese!
