Villa Castrioti - [Cordova]

We were pleasantly greeted and seated but no one every came to service us, so we left after waiting almost 20 minutes.

The price is listed on OpenTable are not the same prices at the actual restaurant. The dish on open table was $65 and at the restaurant it was $99. Then on top of that, it was cold.

this is the first time i have ever been disappointed in the food at villa castriotti. The salad was swimming in dressing, just couldnt finish it. The manicotta was good but way way too much cheese on the top. Service was good, waitress was very pleasant and knowledgeable re the menu but this was just their usual outstanding food.

I frequently eat at Italian restaurants and consider Villa Castrioti to be the best on in Memphis and one of the best in the many I've eaten at across the country. I'm partial to veal and their various veal dishes are delicious.

What a great night at Villa Cordova. Food was phenomenal, service was amazingly spot-on and the live entertainment was epic! Yum, Yay, and WooHoo!!

Fabulous ambiance, staff was attentive. Only negative is what type of Italian restaurant charges for "bread service"? I don't need endless garlic bread, but that they charge for any of their bread (which isn't anything special) was off-putting.

We had Mother's Day brunch with three generations. Food and service were excellent. Everyone enjoyed it.

Great food but very busy for Mothers Day weekend. Love this place and always ask for Taylor; she's the best.

Our waiter offered a oof-the-menu veal chop special which I ordered. He then said that it came with a side. I asked what my choices were and picked the spinach casserole. When the bill came, he had charged me $4 for the side. I asked why and he said there was an upcharge for that item. I told him he should have mentioned that on the front end since I didn't even know I got a side till he offered it. He should have taken it off the bill. He seemed overly busy and we had to ask for our drinks and bread more than once. Never got a water refill. I sent an email to the restaurant and received no response.

I thought we were dining at a fast food restaurant! Made a reservation & were seated promptly. Took a moment to decide & ordered. Bread & bottle of wine arrived. Salads arrive within 4-5 minutes. Our server asked if we wanted the salads before entrees? YES. I took one bite of salad & one sip of wine AND our entrees arrived!! Piping hot and looking delicious. So if you are looking for a $150 dinner served in less than 52 minutes, this place is for you! PS The manager asked if comping my salad (which was included with my meal) would make me happy? Negative. So absolutely no adjustment was made to our bill.

First time at restaurant and the dining room was nice with booths and table seating. Menu options were many with several specials offered. Service was top notch. Food was good with large portions.. We will be back.

Had a reservation today for Easter brunch. Told them we had a reservation when we came in, found out later they marked us as a no-show. Thought we would try their brunch. The online menu clearly stated that the brunch items came with the choice of a side, but the menu printed specially for today showed most items did not come with a side. My husband got the “Lox and Bagels”, menu said it was an open faced bagel. What they brought him was half a bagel for $15! We left hungry and don't think we will go back.

My Sorority Sisters and I really enjoyed our reunion. The staff was extremely helpful offering us gluten free and vegan options. The General Manager and the House Manager both visited our table and talked to us about their expanding menu. The ambiance was perfect for our small group. We will return!

A wonderful meal and experience. The sound level was moderate, which is something you don't find too often any more. Even though there was a large party right behind it, the noise level was easy for us to converse! Food was wonderful, surpassing my expectations. Service was a little slow, due to the party behind us (I think there was 16 people) but our server took care of us and the manager even stopped by to say hello. Will be back for sure!

This is a very unique restaurant whose clientele has skyrocketed. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants a different kind of ambiance, a place with delicious food and a very well thought out wine list. You can't go wrong going to Villa.
