Always a good dinner at this old school Italian staple. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant. The meal was excellent as always
Not our first visit, and won't be the last. We had Taylor as our server. We have had Taylor as our server before and as usual, did not disappoint. My bride ordered pizza and I ordered the salmon special with shrimp on top. Delicious ! Like I said, won't be our last visit. Highly recommend.
Excellent !!!!!!! Every single thing was perfect. Our server “for the 3rd time” is hands down the best waiter we have ever had. We go back for the food and his expert service. Must visit and ask for him 😀
Came here for my special birthday dinner. My husband and I made reservations for the bar since we like to sit in a more lively setting and chat with people around us. Our seats were saved just as planned. Nick, the bartender, took great care of us. He really knows the menu and was able to provide excellent recommendations. As we hoped, we connected with lots of folks over the course of the evening, many of which were weekly regulars. And the food! It was exactly what I wanted for a memorable birthday night. We will absolutely be back!
One of my favorite places to go for date night! I also love the large bar and lounge; the entertainment is fantastic, the food is (*chef's kiss) amazing, and you can't beat the service.
Very nice meal visiting on Christmas Eve with a limited menu, albeit pricey. We had the Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata, and Chicken Parmigiana all with fettuccine Alfredo sides. All were very good, but the chicken Parm was definitely the star dish at the table. Alfredo was lacking some much needed flavor, which we improved by adding lots of salt and grated Parmesan.... a good Italian restaurant has to have a solid Alfredo, in our opinion. Our guests said the calamari was quite good. Enjoyed the cream of mushroom soup special... a surprisingly thin broth, but very savory and not at all heavy. Will return!
the food came out FREEZING cold on basically all of the entrees ordered. i was the first to send it back and told them POLITELY that the food was cold and i didn't want it. the waitress took it back. then the manager, Krystal, came out and started talking aggressively towards me asking why i didn't want it and if i wanted anything else. again i POLITELY answered no, i didn't want anything else. as others in my party started to return their meals for being cold and/or gross, Krystal came out and started to TELL us we are lying. she stated that she put her finger in my meal and it was "warm". she then proceeded to argue, point at me, and tell me i was rude and returned my meal because i "didn't like it". the argument continued for 5 plus minutes. she also said "we make plenty of money and don't need your money". it got so bad, that a person in my party started to record, so this is all of video. long story short, the manager Krystal was extremely unprofessional, childish, and rude. i asked our waitress for the name of the manager when we paid the bill, and as i was walking out, Krystal came up to me and asked if i was asking for her name. i replied "i got it, thanks" . she then gave me her name and STARTED SPELLING IT OUT in a way she was talking down to me, like i was stupid.
Great food, the halibut special was delicious. We were there on a Friday night so the live music with Scott Sudbury made it extra special. Everyone enjoyed their meals!
The ambience was great. Food was delicious. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms. Our waitress was sweet, very knowledgeable of the menu. They had a live band near the bar area. Friendly staff. I would recommend

Terrific service and food at very reasonable prices. Outstanding Spaghetti and meatballs with Italian sausage that was the best. Can't wait to get back!

This was our go to spot for a nice solid dinner. It will be a while before I will think about returning. Waitress service was good. My meal was undercooked after I was asked and specified how I would like it prepared. Our appetizer of calamari was cold and rubbery and just not good. The breading didn't stick to the pieces at all. Sauce was also cold. I did let our server know on my meal and there wasn't much to be done. I brought it home and cooked it to my liking to salvage it. We went to the bar after dinner hoping to hear a little live music but we were a few too late as he was packing up. Decided on an after dinner cocktail and it was made incorrectly and it took over 10 minutes to politely ask the bartender to fix it. It had to go through the manager to decide if yes to fix it. Fortunately it was fixed but it was an odd exchange. The vibe was off completely and its a shame because this was always in the top 3 of where to go for dinner.
I always look forward to a dinner or lunch at Villa Castrioti's! The food is always delicious, and I love the cozy atmosphere. The wait staff is always so friendly!
