Waldo's Chicken & Beer

Okay, Nashville location has me spoiled and with raised expectations. I ordered the exact same meal in each location, but Cordova/Memphis slacked. Chicken was cold. Don't understand how cause i had to wait for gold tenders. Nachos had 3 pieces of lettuce. No pico. And not a lot of chicken. Ive added visuals. I wouldn't recommend unless it was Nashville.

Exceptional fried chicken with a big menu! Mac and cheese is bomb too. Clean place perfect for all group sizes and arcade games for kids. The chicken is well seasoned and the sauces take it to another level

Everything is always fresh and delicious! . I usually end up ordering more than I can handle! We love the macaroni and cheese, greens and beans so much that we order family sized servings on special occasions.

There is nothing home made about it. The collar greens were under cook, very crunchy. The macaroni and cheese over cooked and a ball of soft starch. The rotisserie chicken lacked flavor. The chicken wings 12 piece( drummies/flats) and 1 side $20. The banana pudding fake with tiny chips of bananas . Greatly over priced and definitely not worth it. Will never go again

Came in today to try out Waldo’s and left after having one of the best experiences ever! Memphis has a lot of chicken spots but this place makes everything from scratch! The sides I got were Mac n cheese and collard greens which both were amazing. The chicken is cooked hot and fresh for you and the desserts are out of this world! I highly recommend coming here and trying it out for yourself!

The food is delicious. I visit atleast once a week the service the last 3 times have been terrible. They've given me the wrong order on my last 2 visits. I used to love them, but I dont think I will be back.

I gave my time and energy to Waldo’s, and instead of appreciation, I was fired without fairness or respect. The way management handled it was cold and unprofessional — no communication, no explanation, just disregard for everything I put into the job. It’s hurtful to see how little value they place on their employees. Customers may never see it, but behind the scenes this business does not treat people right. I would never recommend working here to anyone looking for a supportive, respectful environment.

Really good food, best chicken tenders I've had in a long time. Food came out really fast too.
