Put in a mobile order, waited at the drive through box for 5 minute before they checked us in, then they had us back up from the window so it didnt register that we were waiting for our food for 10 minutes. Fries and burgers were cold.

I hope this location along with many other locations are closing because I came through the drive thru on Saturday my fries were cold even the double stack and I came about 11am, too early for cold food. What a total waste!!! Bypass this location. Pure laziness!!!

Came in at 3:25 on October 4th, didn’t recognize the guy at the window but he was the nicest employee I’ve interacted with at this location. I really appreciated it after a long day working in a restaurant myself. Food was top notch great job crew.

I ask to order a Dave’s triple sandwich only with lettuce for the bun and the guy at the drive thru window tells me they don’t do lettuce wraps anymore. This was a 3:24pm on 09/27/25. This is news to me because it says I’m able to order keto friendly burgers on Wendy’s website. How hard is it to make me a burger without the bun? Smh The customer service at this location sucks.
