The young man at the window, Michael, is his name, is so rude!!!!! If he don’t want to be at work, he need to stay home. He’s always on his phone and when you pull up to the drive thru to place your order, he never greet anyone it’s always “Yeah”!! At this point he need customer service etiquette!!

Visited this Wendy’s to order breakfast this morning 7:05 am, 10/18/24. The door was opened, I walked in. The first question the cashier asked “how did I get in”. Clearly I did not climb through the window, I answered. She walked off with an attitude. So I asked if she was open to put my order in. I could not understand her, she was rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. I was hesitant to order so I left. Wendy’s please teach your employees to be respectful, polite and speak English not Ebonics.

Restaurant closes at 12, I came to the restaurant at 11 o’clock and the lady told me that they were doing a 10 minute reboot and that I couldn’t wait in the empty drive through line then I pulled back up in 10 minutes and witnessed the cashier in I presume her boyfriend‘s blue late model Tahoe with the mic still on. When she saw me I watched her say “our system is down” as she ran back inside, and when I pulled off, I watched her run back to her boyfriend‘s truck, hop in the truck, and close the door. I have photo proof of the whole thing. Will be contacting corporate Monday morning. I just don’t understand why people in Memphis keep hiring these people that don’t wanna do their jobs. I’m tired of the customer service in the food industry in Memphis.

If you have 30 minutes to wait, feel free to stop by. Be sure to use the drive thru only because only one person works the interior counter. They also have to prepare all the food for the interior guests and mobile orders. They do not value your business.

The employee was dishonest and cheated me. I went through the drive through. The person taking my order took my credit card and ran it before telling me they were out of chili. He said he took the charge for two large chili off the bill. When I asked for a receipt I was told the receipt machine was broken. When I checked my credit card charges I found that I was charged for the chili. I called and asked for a manager and the employee hung up the phone. This Wendy's does not have honest employees.

Food was ice cold. I tried to call to inform them. No one ever answered phone. I had breakfast there for the last time.
I ordered a double cheese burger only it was fresh and hot. This is a continuation well we went here not to long ago myself and my husband for dinner. On this day our burgers were fresh and hot. As far the french fries u wouldn't have given those to my dog. Those fires were horrible cold and hard. Not fresh at all.I think when working in a fast food establishment people should think about how they would want their food served 🤔

Went to the drive through to order food. While sitting for my order, one of the cooks is on the front preparing orders, eating and drinking his food then licking his fingers all in this order. Not wash but lick. I will not be returning. After thinking about it and paid my money. I said we can Bless the food and be covered. By the time I drove off the lot I took my children food and went elsewhere
