I ordered a junior frosty and a large fry. It took them over 10 minutes to get my order and they sealed up the package with my fries. When I got home and opened it up the fry container was less than half full.

THE WORST LOCATION IN THE HISTORY OF FAST FOOD!!! Mind you I’m a super reasonable person and never leave reviews but this location almost purposefully messes up your Uber eats order just because they want to. Out of 10 orders only 2 of them have been correct!!! This entire staff plus owner is a disgrace they are literally robbing people smh
The cashiers at the drive thru are running some type of scam. Be sure to ask for your receipt and verify your change. When i asked for my correct change the girl already pocketed it and handed it to me and they both walked away from the window right after before I went off. Smh people work too hard for their money for y’all to be stealing!!

#3016 African American lady shirt black hair very rude on the drive she took my order and was very dry and that was OK so I pulled up thru had a long wait I beg back to the speaker to let her know that the car in front of me may have been stuck or something she replied back. They waiting on something, but the lady was not even at the window to receive whatever she was waiting on, so I was just concerned about the car that’s all so I pulled back around and waited got to the window maybe a bad day not sure of it but my receipt fell on the ground. She did not ask if I wanted another one. My change also had fallen on the grown I ask for grape jelly she threw that in the bag did not say thank you, or anything so I pulled up to do this review because she almost for my day and I’m speaking on behalf of anyone that comes behind me. I hope she do not treat them the same way, but I feel like she was very rude. Not happy to be at work, and when she close the window, she blew very hard as though she was tired and did not want to be bothered

I don't know what's up with this location but they're GREAT the food is always fresh, no crazy wait times, staff is always nice here! One of the better wendys in memphis area by far and I love wendys! Not sure how old the low star is but honestly this location cooks up some of the freshest best wendys burgers so I always come back!

Food is hot and fresh.Parking: Plenty of parking spots for you and your family.Kid-friendliness: They don't have a play area but their meals are perfect for the kids and you can substitute items if you need to.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a wheelchair area so you can get into the restaurant.
