I believe they're saving those nuggets and dropping them a second time so that they want have to cook them again. They tasted like pure rubber.

Arrived at home and immediately went into the kitchen and cut my Dave’s triple burger in half. It was very raw inside. The blood started dripping onto my plate. I cut the other burger and it was also very undercooked. Due to my immune system and the threat of E. coli bacteria; I never eat meat unless it’s fully cooked. Customers need to pay close attention to the darkness of their meat, and especially if serving to children.

Customer service is everything and goes a long way. I should be able to hear the employee at the drive through speaker. They do not speak clear or loud enough. They don't tell you your total after ordering. When you drive up to the window then she gives you your total... no smile, no hello, no thank you have a good day! The experience is not pleasant at all will not be coming back to this location on Germantown parkway in cordova.

Wendy's at Houston levee and Macon has finally taken on McDonald's customer service model. On the last three visits that I made to the store the fries is absolutely trash as if they have been cooked a day before. I complain to the attendant and the manager with absolutely no change if you're not going to serve fresh fries then don't serve fries at all. Thank you
