Awful cook playing with her hair around the food area this place has really gone down and fast. Intake person is rude terrible customer service

Watched this employee drop someone's food on the floor and pick it up he said they would be okay and still gave food to customer they also microwaved the fries the other employees laughed and said he a fool

Who ever the morning lady is, she is amazing always nice. I can tell she has a passion for her job and I love that… she is the only person I want making my coffee if she isn’t there I leave empty handed… amazing staff for the morning

Just stop to have a lunch after a day on the road
Love the brand, the food, the drinks, but here you just want to go to another store ASAP

I'm right there with the last person (C A) who left a review. My experience is similar to theirs because I did visit around the 8pm time but I wasn't told they only had nuggets and fries, instead my order was not properly prepared. The GIRL (because that's what they act like immature little kids) taking orders DOES NOT LISTEN. She rung my order up wrong and therefore it was made wrong.
And since they had the doors locked, I had to go BACK through the drive-thru. I asked for my order to be re-made and she told me to pull to the other side to wait for it. I waited 10 minutes for one chicken sandwich and two orders of fries. When I received my food I told her to wait while I re-check it and sure enough the slice of cheese (that I didn't ask for, but was charged for) was not on my sandwich. And since at this point I'm not trusting them, I didn't give her my sandwich back I only ask for the
cheese separately.
When I got home, I took a picture of that cheese and clearly it appears to have been dropped on the floor. I threw it clean in the trash. So if they thought I was going to eat it, jokes on them. Just like the last review you would think they'd have better service being a new location.....shiiiiit. YES the location on hwy 64 has waaay better service. That's where I was going to go to initially....I don't know why I didn't follow my first mind.

I had such high hopes for this location. With them being so new you’d think they’d be spot on but they’re far from it. Numerous times, we’ve rolled through the drive through at 8 or 9pm - when they still have 2 hours before close. Each time, before we order they tell us all they have is nuggets and fries. How when you have 2 hours to go. We’be just started realizing they don’t want to clean the grill after a certain time and only start serving the bare minimum which is frustrating to customers who are just getting off after working a long shift. Yet when we go the extra mile to drive down to the one off Houston Levee and Hwy 64, no matter the time they serve you WHATEVER you want HOT and fresh. They’re always so polite and they get us through the line within minutes.
The Wendy’s on Houston Levee and Macon is honestly a waste of space.

I went threw the drive thru at 11:30 at night. I know they're about to close but I was STARVING! I got a #1 and it was the best Wendy's burger and fries I've ever had! DELICIOUS!!!

I want to patronize this store since it's new and in the neighborhood but the poor experience is hard to get past. Very slow and inaccurate service on multiple occasions. I was hoping it would be a better option than having to drive 10 minutes to the next store to get the same food. But slow service AND not being correct when received multiple times quickly turns me away. This store has great opportunities to be good since it's newer and close, but it's really losing out on proving that it can be worth patronizing. I hope management can turn things around soon.

Tried to order food through the drive through around 11pm.( they do not close until 12am) no know answered drive to the window still no response. Saw employees on their phones and then they turned the lights

the crew is all on their phones, just standing around. No gloves in sight. Nobody is doing anything. Team member had an unwelcoming attitude about her when I asked about my food. And they didn’t even give me a patty for my burger. Overall not that great wouldn’t recommend ?
