Loved whataburger when I loved in Texas. This was REAL Disappointment. Took FOREVER to get food. I could have went to a nicer sit-down place, paid a couple dollars more, and had a much better experience. Big delays for everyone. A mess! Not to mention customers toking up just outside......

Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes and would've driven off like the other 10 people in front of me had I not ordered online and it was already paid. Sat at speaker box while they took 3 other orders on the speaker next to me while I had already been sitting. Idk what they got going on if it's all new people but you all need to do better and I've worked on food I know how it is, but this is beyond ridiculous.
And by the way, then After all of that had the audacity to hang me cold food.... smh

How you got no cars in line but the ones trying to order took 15 mins then took my order and said nothing. Then took the folks order at the other window who pulled up after me then came back to take my order again. Took over 30 mind an I was the second car. Nothing special. Took WAY too long to get our order. We were 1 of 2 cars in the parking lot at the time. Food was just ok. Very basic.

I’ve never had a quick experience at this whataburger. Usually takes 20+ minutes to get your food if not longer and I’m usually missing at least 1 item from my order and my food is usually not hot. I need to stop going here

The burger was really good. The fries were not good. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's fries, which is exactly what whataburger sells. We waited for over 10 minutes in the drive thru, which would be fine if the drive thru was busy.

This is the worst whataburger,I've been to. Employees are not friendly, make mistakes on condiments, almost every time I come. The food is fine. Also if you order on the website, it's hard to get a good signal, inside.
