Great food, and great service, but the wait time is much longer compared to other fast food places. I’ve only ever ordered for 1 or 2 people max, and I’ve always had a 20-30 minute wait. I wish management would give them more staff so they could run more efficiently.

This location has really terrible customer service. I tried to order a hamburger, fries and drink from this location. However, after waiting for 5 minutes for someone (a human) to wait on me I left. This location appears to only wait on you if you use the kiosk to place your order. I actually like ordering through a kiosk, especially when a location is busy. However, on the day I was at this location, I was the only person in the restaurant. I wanted to place the order through an employee because I had a coupon and I prefer to order in person with a coupon. I went down the street to Wendy's for lunch because at Wendy's they still have employees take their customers orders in person.

The staff is nice but this is by far the slowest ā€œfast foodā€ service I’ve ever dealt with. I come here once every blue moon and it’s still abysmal. Good is definitely not worth the wait.

Last night me and my uncle went there and whoever was working on today August 3rd 2am - 3am roughly around that time the man with glasses and orange shirt had terrible customer service we ordered a meal he only gave us the wings no fries or drink then we tell him the wings cold he tell us to pull up to the front . He bring the wings out the whole container burns my hand because he microwaved it to death the plastic was even melting . We asked for a refund he ain’t say sorry or anything then the manager she was even worse she just gave the money back she didn’t ask why or sorry for the bad experience or nothing they don’t care. I will never go back here at night time it sucks

I ordered the #4, which has jalapeƱos. When I got home to eat it before going to work, it was flat, cold, a regular burger, fries were cold, and my drink didn't have a straw. Worse service at that place, ever. If I wasn't rushing to get to work, I'd go back and get what I actually ordered, and not this sad, sorry meal.

I have never had my food done on time
I'll pre-order on the app and come pick it up either on curbside or inside it is never been done on time either 5 to 10 minutes later than what is said and if scheduled 30 minutes before pickup it won't be started until I get there and ask about it
