HEALTHY options on shakes, energy teas, and coffee. The atmosphere is amazing. You pay for quality... this is hands down the best nutrition shop in the area. Gennifer is great and knowledgeable on the products and health / fitness overall. My favorite shake is: G-Licious and my favorite tea is: Baywatch.... orange, strawberry, coconut, mandarin flavors. SO yummy. for an extra boost add the prepare pre workout.
Not horrible great atmosphere but way to pricy for “beneficial health drinks” it’s not as good as Starbucks and double the price 15 dollars for one drink?! there cheapest is like 10 I wouldn’t recommend for that alone but it also reminds of medicine sideshows they had back in the day not horrible but definitely not worth the price
