The employees were very friendly, helpfu, and accommodating. Cute little restaurant. you walk in and head straight to the back to order, grab your drinks, take your seat. they bring the food out to you pretty quickly. when you are done you clear your own table and take dishes to a bin by the front door. I ordered my toddler a cheese pizza slice which he almost finished- so pizza= toddler approvedđ. I ordered the. toasted ravioli which was Delicious, as well as the grilled chicken Alfredo which came with a side salad and a breadstick. I personally would not recommend the grilled chicken Alfredo as the chicken itself was very dry, lacked flavor-unless you count a very strong Charred taste, and the sauce was extremely runny. Not bad, but personally not my favorite
Iâve picked food up and had it delivered, and everything was fantastic both times. Iâve already referred several friends and hope to join them there to dine-in soon. If you havenât been yet, I encourage you to give them a try.

We had pizza, pepperoni pinwheels, and garlic knots for take out, and everything exceeded our expectations. âïžâïžâïžâïžâïž
Pizza is awesomeâŠhowever they are not very friendly when they take order at cash register. No hi! Nothing, then how much you owe. Hereâs your number for your table.
I got food poisoning from the philly cheese steak. Vomiting, diarrhea, all the works, but the first time I've got food poisoning here. Not a good experience.
This is a great spot to eat at. Love the food and atmosphere. All of the workers and extremely friendly and can do their job very well especially Nate.
je recommande, bon accueil. personnel à l,écoute
This is truly an Italian quick service restaurant. The building and eating area is a little on the dingy side and quite noisy. I rarely eat in, usually take out. The Stromboli is delicious as are the pizzas. My biggest complaint is the time it takes to pick up an order when an order is phoned in. Wait times are usually over an hour and not ready when arriving for pick up.

Great food, great service, warm atmosphere. Period.
Owner or managerâs attitude and refusal to accept some missteps was the final straw. I am grateful I will not have to eat at this establishment ever again or be treated with such opposition or disdain as a guest. Be clear we paid for all of the items. Before I get into the issues I asked about or pointed out, I will say that the marinara sauce was good as was the baked ziti. 1. A chemical/sanitizer taste and cloudiness was in one of the 4 drinks we ordered. Initially we didnât say anything we just asked for another water in a to go cup. When that water arrived, just like the other 3 drinks we had, it did not have the chemical/sanitizer taste or cloudiness. 2. The salad that comes with an entree says on the menu it is greens, tomato, cucumber, onion, shaved carrots and shredded mozzarella cheese. When they arrived none had mozzarella and one didnât have onions. The blue cheese was the consistency of water. 3. The garlic knots were staring to turn stale. 4. Two members of our party got ziti which was good. I got the Sea Treasure Skillet, âA hot skillet of deep sea goodies (shrimp, clams, scallops, calamari) prepared in scampi sauce and penne pastaâ for $16.95. The skillet arrived with no clams, 3 shrimp, 2 dime sized scallops, a smatter of calamari (?) and an ample amount of penne that was swimming in a watery liquid. The scampi was a hint of garlic, lemon and white wine in a hearty heap of pasta water. I told the server I was surprised that a $16.95 dish would have so little treasures of the sea. She obviously took it upon herself to do something as she returned with a dish containing two shrimp and two scallops. She added that if I did not like it she would take it away and not charge us for it. I chose to add marinara to the dish and although I only ate a couple of bites I felt it was our responsibility to pay for it. 5. The tiramisu is fine but it comes frozen. 1. So back to the chemical/sanitizer in the drink. I thought it was important to tell someone. After we paid I made the comment that hey just for your knowledgeâŠ. The owner or manager was told and he came to the table and started on about the health department and having to sanitize dishes. Understood and we again explained that it was the only drink that had the taste and when we received another it too was fine. He barreled through our explanation without listening. Finally I had to excuse myself from the table. One friend stated âyou do know everything has been paid for and we arenât trying to get over on you or not pay the bill?â He just continued to talk to her as though she had no knowledge of what she was speaking of. We chose the restaurant because of the menu and good reviews. We wanted a nice night out while on vacation. I am stunned how the evening turned into the owner or manager talking to us with such disdain. The atmosphere, missteps and food just arenât good enough to recommend or return for. Do yourself a favor and find another Italian restaurant. One that hopefully has better food but more over a better understanding of what it means to be in the service industry.
Great food and owners. Atmosphere is great alongside the grand piano
My family decided last night they wanted pasta... so we sat down to figure out something and Little Italy in Bartlett was suggested. Never been there but always heard nothing but good things. It claims New York Style and I'm not sure the difference between that and Italy itself but regardless it was very VERY good. Appetizers, Salads, Subs, Pizza as well as Stromboli and Calzones are all on the menu along with many well known pasta dishes. In a nutshell, between all the family we had a Calzone, the Sausage & Pepper spaghetti dish along with the Lobster Ravioli we didn't find anything that wasn't very good ( all excellent) with no reservations at all. I have found, without doubt, my new go to Italian place. Even with the pandemic they were very busy. Many people in for take out .. took us about 45 minutes to get all of our food but no complaints at all... after all we did have a big order and the management gave us a plate of free Garlic knots. A good try if you are in the area!
