Called to place to go order, was put on hold for 13 minutes and then I was hung up on. Thought they were busy so I drove there to place order in person. Placed order for boneless wings and they made bone in wings so that had to be redone. Seasoned fries came out almost burned and hard. Said I wanted to end up with four cups of ranch and only ended up with 2 and was charged for 2 extra ranches. Giving 4 stars because the lady behind the counter was so sweet and gave me a discount for my trouble and wrote my name down for the next time I come in.

The Seven Seas Flavor Wings at the Sunken Ship in Pickwick are my absolute favorite — full of flavor and always cooked perfectly. Great spot to relax, though service can be a bit slow on busy weekends.

I guess the only thing it had was the atmosphere and alcohol. The service was subpar between the wait, friendliness, and refilling anything. The food wasn't the greatest either. It was sadness on a plate. The mushrooms were burnt and the other fried appetizers were either bland or tasted off. Hell, the cheese sticks wasn't even melted in the center.
I believe I would give a hard pass on going to this place. I wouldn't even recommend it for anyone.

I decided to try this place one more time, as in the past, I wasn’t greeted very kindly or experienced the best service. I decided to go in and ordered myself a wrap as they had a wrap special going on that day. My server, Hillary, was absolutely lovely! She was so kind and well spoken and bubbly. She took my order and had my drink to me very quickly and I don’t think my drink ever made it to half way full as she kept it full for me my entire visit. She was fast paced and smiled anytime she approached my table. She checked on me often and she was focused on her tables and I never caught her in a corner on her phone or standing around ! She was zooming here and there and smiling the entire time! She made it a good experience for us and made me want to return ! Those wraps were delicious by the way! I’ll for sure come back and request her as my server again! Highly recommend! And ask for Hillary!

Best chicken wings around period. Friendly staff in this little hole in the wall back of gas station restaurant they have other great food menu options besides wings. BUT THE WINGS ARE THE BEST you won't be sad with your order I promise you that.

Five people made their order four people got their order. Waiting on other order. Asked waitress about last order and THEN she informed us that they were out of what was ordered. Lack of communication from the kitchen staff to the waitress staff to the customer. What food we did get was good.

Have you ever wanted to stop somewhere to just waste an hour plus of your life, for literally nothing? Well this is the place for you!
We walked in with a party of 9. The place wasn’t packed at all, only one other table was inside and they were finishing up as we were seated. Our drinks were taken and order was taken in a reasonable time. That’s about the only thing that was done correctly.
After we placed our drink order our waiter must have sank on the ship or something, as she disappeared and was never to been seen again. After about 40 minutes, 2 other parties walked in and were seated and orders taken. We had yet to receive our appetizers, a refill, or even a simple curiosity check in. Meanwhile the other 2 parties that arrived significantly later then us began to receive their appetizers, meals, received refills. Mind you the waitresses had to walk right by us to get to them and they just avoided looking our way.
Finally after waiting nearly an hour, several people began to complain. The staff then informed us our waiter left and no one took over the table. Yet another 15mins go by and still nothing. So we talk to the staff yet again… This time we just inconvenienced them on their phones at the front and interrupted there outside smoke breaks. We finally got a single appetizer over an hour later, with still no refills with very clearly empty cups on the table. Maybe another 15 mins later the remaining appetizers come out with yet again.. no refills. At this point we just gave up and were ready to leave as the staff was just as rude as could be and could quite literally care less about customer service. We offered to pay for the very poorly delivered appetizers and were told with great attitude to not worry about. Them telling us to “just leave” was probably the best thing they did for us the entire time.
You’d probably get better customer service at the gas station next door honestly. I again wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you just truly want to be disappointed and have a hour or more to just throw away for the fun of it. This place truly is a “sunken ship”.
