My Husband I went here anticipating a long wait due to the reviews inspite of us being very hungry. I’m glad we checked it out for ourselves because the food was great, the wait wasn’t long, and the service was good. We will be going here again.
Most of the reviews say the food is great but the service is terrible. That’s not true. The service is actually great. The problem is that there is only one person providing it. The bartender was also the host, and the only server for the entire place! That’s not bad service, that’s bad staffing! She did great and we appreciated her efforts. We pray she gets some help and fast!
Called to place to go order, was put on hold for 13 minutes and then I was hung up on. Thought they were busy so I drove there to place order in person. Placed order for boneless wings and they made bone in wings so that had to be redone. Seasoned fries came out almost burned and hard. Said I wanted to end up with four cups of ranch and only ended up with 2 and was charged for 2 extra ranches. Giving 4 stars because the lady behind the counter was so sweet and gave me a discount...
