The Restaurant at Pickwick Landing

Not to be mean but you need to train your staff in the restaurant and wait staff/bartenders. Nobody has a clue and food is bla for a state park and the money you charge is crazy for what you get ... The lodge is nice and clean but .. need lots of work on the restaurant/bar.

Came here for lunch and the food was great! We sat outside with the kiddos and watched the geese and the water. Kaitlyn was our waitress and she was very kind and attentive. Would definitely be back!

This is a beautiful, peaceful place to eat. The service was amazing! The tacos were delicious. I will definitely be back when I visit Pickwick!

We stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights. We ate at the restaurant 3 times during that time as we didn't want to leave the park to eat. Breakfast was wonderful. The hashbrowns are so good and my over medium eggs were perfectly cooked. The white toast was very good as well. We were all pleased with our meals and the service. Lunch was also delicious. The club sandwich was perfect and the chicken strips are amazing. They serve steak fries at lunch and dinner. My husband called down to order a couple of to-go meals for dinner so we could eat in our room. When he got down there, the host said he would be right back with our order. He disappeared. My husband waited and waited then flagged someone down to ask about the order and it had not been put in at all. He was rightfully upset. They did give him 10% off and the food was very good once he got it. The host who never put the order in never admitted his mistake or apologized. If not for that experience, I would given 5 stars. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is hot, fresh, and tasty.

Tried to eat dinner, there, the host forgot about us, he was supposed to clean our table , had to track him down and remind him to clean the table, after sitting there for several minutes we never got asked for a drink order or anything, we just walked out, no one seemed to care! Attempted to order food to go, placed the order & the host (same guy) forgot to turn in the order?? This kid needs to be replaced! The rooms are over priced! We won't be back! Very poor customer service!

My family and I stayed here last Tuesday-Thursday and absolutely loved it. My mother and I are both handicapped and we can't express our appreciation enough for being so handicapped accessible. It made our stay really enjoyable. Absolutely love the handicapped boat dock. Very peaceful. The only recommendations I would have is installing a fire pit 😉 I said it to the staff and I'll say it again, thank you so much for being so handicapped accessible. We will be back!!

The management here is terrible. I booked a cabin rental for #10 back in November for 4 nights. When I showed up to check in this past Tuesday, they had moved me to #7 which is on a terrible hillside. I had booked for a fishing tournament so it’s not very easy for a truck and trailer. The manager told me that the entire place was at 100% capacity which was not true. They messed up my reservation and gave my cabin to someone else and didn’t want to do anything about it. Not to mention the cabin itself was not very clean. I’ll never stay there again.

Very nice atmosphere, good food and excellent service. I want to give a special shoutout to our waitress, Polly, for her attentiveness, food recommendations and friendly service. We will ask for her again the next time we visit.

Stephanie is the best waitress working in the restaurant, she will make sure your drinks stay full and your food is prepared the way you want it! The food and service is fantastic!

Stephanie was our bartender and made a pineapple jalapeño margarita for Mark and it was delicious.Had a great time stayed in the lodge..It was my birthday.
