My daughter and I absolutely love Southern Charm. We have frequented their establishment since they first opened in Cross Plains. I LOVE their lattes and my toddler loves their cake pops. To my husband's dismay our daughter's favorite question is, "mama we go get coffee?" 😂🤣 Quality is always top notch and their team members are always friendly. They can get backed up but it's always worth the wait.

We stopped by to grab breakfast. We looked at the menu ahead of time and saw the note that the items are pre-prepared. No problem. What I didn’t expect was to order muffin tops and they be given to me completely frozen. I’m talking ice cold out of the freezer. They could have thrown them in the microwave with the burrito that was as hot as lava to defrost them. Also, I was shocked at the price. There were not food prices on the menu, but expected them to be inline with the drink prices that seemed reasonable, but $28 for 2 muffins and a burrito??? Wow.
I might be back to try a drink, but not for the food.

So good ! I got the cold brew mocha peppermint bark. Not too pepperminty. Just a hint of it which is what I love. Way better than Starbucks

They just moved locations so the building isn’t set up yet but we drove out here after some White House recs and were surprised at the quality! I got a regular iced latte with milk (unsweet) and really enjoyed the actual coffee flavor. My partner got the quad and said it was a bit on the sweet side (but that was on us for not ordering half sweet). Barista was a sweetheart. Will def be back - I hope they take off! The coffee itself was better than Fellowship (imo)

I love this place so much! I come by on my way to and from my 24 hour shifts and am never disappointed! I came for the coffee (which is better than anything commercially available) but keep coming for the lovely and hard working staff! Such a great experience every time I visit!

My wife loves their selection of drinks but the first time I stopped here I got a burrito for breakfast and it was so soggy the wrapping paper around it melded to the burrito so much that it was eat the inside with a fork or eat paper and all. Wouldn't recommend the food but plenty of people enjoy their drinks.
