Overall a fantastic place to go! I love Subway! They are always so nice to me & my children. Very patience with them when they make their own sandwiches. As a mother I can truly appreciate that. :)

I really dislike giving reviews of only two stars, but sometimes the experience warrants it. Since I moved here a year ago, I've become a regular customer at this Subway location. Regular doesn't mean often, however. I generally only order once a month or so, and I always use the app to order and pay. For the longest time, I got pretty good service, but the last couple of orders have been messed up. Not "really bad" messed up, but messed up enough that now it's starting to make a difference. What happened? When I discovered this last order was wrong, I figured I couldn't let it go, because it's a quality control issue, and I figured the manager should be made aware so that staff could be re-trained on accuracy. I called the restaurant about 7 pm only to find out the manager is there in the mornings, from 8 am until 11 am. (Could this be part of the problem?) So I gave the guy who answered the phone my name and number and asked for her to call me back the next day. No call. No call the following day, nor any of the days up until today...I've been waiting nearly a week. I'm not looking for free food, or to be a pain in the you-know-what, but as a paying customer, I really like getting what I paid for, and when the service falls short, it needs to be addressed. So far, no one at this Subway seems to care about their customer service, their accuracy, or whether or not they are alienating the folks who buy their sandwiches. This hasn't soured me on Subway as a chain, and I'll definitely remain a customer. But until some major adjustments are made at this location, they've seen the last of me. If returning a customer's phone call is asking too much, if making sure your employees take more care with the accuracy of the food they're preparing for a paying customer, if all that is too much, I'll just drive a few miles into town to place an order. I go where my money and patronage are appreciated.
