The girl at the drive through is unpleasant , and has no business dealing with public. I have had her in the drive through several times and she's never pleasant at all . It makes the rest of the place seem bad when you're treated like you're a bother . Probably won't be back if she's still working at that position .

Absolute nightmare. Employee totally unaware of the current specials. I was very patient and she was trying to find out about the special and how to ring it up. The order was completely messed up. So she cancelled it so we can try again. I am being patient and she is doing her best. Then suddenly they yell out that they are out of roast beef. I blame this on management. Management should train employees better and have enough food in stock or ready. This is the third time I or my husband has gone there and they are out of something. It is usually chicken.

Went there after church for lunch and it was awesome. Enjoyed the 3 for $5 special. Food was great! Service was excellent! Elizabeth and Jennifer were just absolute sweethearts! They were friendly and helpful and it was so refreshing to be greeted with smiles and kindness! You both made our day! Thank you!

My husband and I have not had Arby's in years. So I decided to pick us up some on my way home from work. When I went to place my order in drive thru, the young lady, after I said 1 item, immediately said okay your total is... I then explained I wasn't finished with my order. She takes the rest of it, and I go to the window. The young man taking the money was very polite, I noticed behind him, the young lady with the headset on gathered in a circle with 2 other young ladies. The young man was very polite when he gave me my order. However, the young lady charged me for cheese sauce, and did not put it in my bag. If it wasn't for the politeness of the young man at the window, I would rate this 1 star.

The foods always great. Typically everything is great. This time the person taking the order would cut me off after every item I ordered to ask me "if that's all". It was annoying considering I was ordering for 4 people. I didn't order everything I was there for because I had to stop her and ask her to repeat back what she had because I had lost where I was on my paper because of it. I finally just said yes and paid for that and went to Wendy's and bought mine and my wife's food. We love Arbys but maybe train the person taking orders to slow down and allow the customer to let you know when they have completed their order.

I can't believe u guys charge 15.00 for a half pound roast combo...ill never come back..I was a 3 times a week costumer...love your food ...now its better to stay home..that's way to high ..for them prices u need to work on your drive through times n being more friendly...I came through on 8/2/24 n had a bad experience at the drive through...mo more..

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Walked in waited patiently while they had an issue with their computer at the front. No one acknowledged us. When they finally fixed it the lady was staring at the screen and then hollered “waiting on you!” I was shocked and we left. Called the manager to complain about the situation and she hung up on us!!
