Don't bother stopping in the AM. As an 18 wheeler driver literally just passing through, unless you're fine being completely ignored as a walk in with very limited options. Just keep going.

I had gotten two gravy and biscuit meals to go because i have to go work and beeded a quick easy breakfast but not only were they rude and rushed us at the speaker but also essentially tossed the bag out at us and closed the window without saying a word. Then we get down the road and theres fork or spoon with our biscuit and gravy so now we cant even eat it . Then i try calling twice and they just let it ring both times. Bad service and rude workers.

we came through drive through a little before they closed and all of our food was fresh and perfect! the older lady at window was also very kind and made sure we had everything right! i’d say this was a 10/10 experience tonight!

As usual, I had another pleasant meal at the Dayton TN Bojangles. Food was fresh and warm. Management and employees were professional and courteous. Restroom and dining room was very clean. Bojangles is my favorite place to dine in Dayton.

Went through drive through sound like a child's voice placed order after repeating 5 times drove to window nobody came to window after 10 minutes drove away this bojangles is not right

Ordered and waited for my food and waited. I was informed they had closed an hour early and wasn’t cooking anything else and they didn’t know how to help me. Spent over $50. Wouldn’t refund me because there was no manager on duty. Told me to come back up the next day. There is no corporate number. No way to complain or get help. I’m filing a police report and then having to go to my bank for fraud. This is insane when everything would have been resolved with a simple refund.

Ordered the 12 piece supremes family pack and an additional 5 piece combo, so about $50.As everything (including the 5 piece combo) was all crammed into the family pack box, I didn't know until I got all the way home. Asked for fries as one of the large sides, but was given mashed potatoes and gravy instead. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered at the drive-through. When I got to the window, I was told I would have to wait for fifteen minutes to get my order. I said pass. Today I went through the drive-through again, and when I arrived at the window, I was ghosted for at least fifteen minutes. I finally just drove away. What is going on with this place??? I won't be back. If you can't serve fast food at a fast food place, you have serious management issues.

This is the first time I’ve been to the bojangles here and the food not be cooked and the biscuits was EXTREMELY SALTY, biscuit and gravy is my favorite thing there. Couldn’t even at it. Threw it away. She had to throw here chicken away from it being pink and cold. Not the pink from the mitochondria either. But just still some raw chicken.
