The service is always professional, courteous and thoughtful. Everyone from management to the servers. Though my father and I visit fairly regularly, we only use the Drive-thru so I only gave it 3-stars. Nothing against the establishment or the staff. They always remember to give us our Veterans discount with dignity and respect.

Got home was missing food. I went back to get the food and ask for cold food to be replace since it been 35 mins. Was told no very rudely by the manager. It would have been an hour old by the time I got home. Will like never go back.

The chicken dinner I ordered was a four piece meal and my husband ordered a four piece catfish dinner. The size of the chicken pieces and the catfish pieces was very small. If I had been really super hungry I would have taken my meal back because it was skimpy. The food did taste good.

Honestly I love Captain D's except the Dayton location. They are the slowest people in the drive thru. I don't know if they are back there asleep or playing checkers. I literally sit in line with two other cars for forty five minutes. Does nobody check on this location? I mean seriously unless you like waiting in line for that long don't go to this location! Drive down the road to the next location.
Everything you would expect at eating at captain d's.. Fish was cooked well, hot, and extra crispys on my plate!

My husband and I will never go back to Captain D. Food was mediocre. But the girl at the front taking our order was rude and not friendly at all and had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Our meal for two people was overly expensive almost close to $35 dollars. Wish I could give it zero stars.
