Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Kylee was our server and was very attentive. She was amazing. Also observed Matt who was cleaning off a large table. I am very particular about certain things. He did an amazing job. I commented to my boyfriend who told Matt (he was actually the bartender) that he passed by my terms which says a lot. He was happy to hear that and said he also is particular. Thank you to Kylee and Matt for doing such a great job.

I went to carrabells for lunch and sat at the bar. Sky was our bartender/server all I got to say it that Sky was awesome she is one of the best bartenders/ servers that I have had in a long time compared to a lot of other places I have been to. She very nice and an awesome she has a great personality. If you want great service go to carrabells. I been coming to carrabells for a while now and the staff is awesome great food great service. If I could give a 0 I would. The only thing that was good was the mash potatoes. For the prices of their food, it should've been amazing. We eat out alot and this is the 2nd time ive ever gave a bad review. I think if your paying 100.00 for 4 people to eat, the food and service should be 5 stars. I highly recommend anyone not to go here.

Our first and only experience eating at Carrabelle’s was yesterday. We came in and got seated fast and got our drinks and food order in. Now we waited over 50 minutes for our food. The baked potatoes were hot and rest of our food was cold. The waitress only checked on us one time and I had to ask for refills on drinks and our check. To top off the evening my wife got sick off of the fish that she ate. Our first and last visit at the restaurant.

Some portions of the food was cold the salmon was way over cooked but very hot. Broccoli looked like it had been stepped on and cold. Pasta was delicious. Server was great to start but kept disappearing until the check showed up and she wanted to turn on the charm. I still tipped 15% but I didn’t want too. Atmosphere didn’t mean anything to me it’s a nice place.

There is nothing negative to say here. All 6 of us loved our food. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was personable and funny. The atmosphere is cozy. As a tourist here for Fall Creek Falls, I’m glad we found this place and highly recommend it. Prices are not bad either. My recommendation is the spinach artichoke chicken breast—flavor explosion.
