Delia's Mexican Restaurant

My wife and I went there for lunch and were blown away. The top shelf margaritas were great, real juice. The food was great and reasonably priced. Great service!! Helene had gorditas with chorizo, mine was steak. We've been to a lot of so called Mexican restaurants and spent a lot more for non authentic food. Her chorizo was the real deal. WE WILL BE BACK! Worth the drive from Ten Mile.

Our family of six spent about an hour here for lunch, and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very welcoming, and the menu was extensive. All four of my kids (5, 8, 11, 12) found something to eat on the menu that they liked, and Mom and Dad’s budget didn’t protest for it, either. Win-win! We would recommend this place to any family with kids.

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is customizable and has plenty of a la carte options for picky eaters. My four children each found something to fill their bellies just fine. Kids drinks come out in a styrofoam cup with lid, too.

The food is delicious, with good portion sizes - in some cases easily double the equivalent from a UK restaurant.
Cheerful & prompt service from the servers, but I didn't see a drinks menu for the nonalcoholic beverages before being asked what I'd like to drink. I saw the bottled sodas in very interesting flavours on the way out, which was annoying.
They have child friendly plates, Styrofoam cups with lids & high chairs for young children.
The background music & noise levels were pleasant.

Food is always good but the chicken Flauntas is outstanding compared to what I've had in other Mexican Restaurants. Wifes grilled chicken and rice was well seasoned.

In a county where there seems to be a Mexican restaurant on every corner, I would have to say this one has the best food. Definitely always crowded but it's a lot bigger inside than it seems. Staff was very friendly and good was definitely fresh and hot.

The atmosphere is wonderful. The service is great every time, even when they are busy they still provide fast service. Prices are reasonable. I’ve loved this place since I was a kid. :)
