Went into the dayton location and went to order. The cashier couldn't take my order due to no change in the register. It's a place of business it should be able to take any form of payments.
I've got only one problem. we ask that all the dressing be on the side. so they didn't put any salad dressing on the sandwiches and didn't .put any on the side either. So when we got home we didn't have any to put on the sandwiches Amazing Firehouse subs. Best one around. Definitely much better than the Athens Tennessee one

We actually have stopped going to the firehouse close to our home (near Hixson, Tn) because the service is unbelievably horrendous and they are so unfriendly, but tonight we were going through Dayton and decided to give this location a try…. WOW WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!! Not only were they friendly but also accommodating- (yes I know you are as shocked as we were to hear that in today’s world!!!). I had a question about the brisket and the manager actually went to the trouble of making sure the fat was separated for me (without me asking ) and didn’t make me feel as though I was “inconveniencing” her!!! If I could give more than five stars I would :) Thanks so much for being a refreshing change in today’s world and remembering what customer service is all about! You guys are rocking it!!!!!

Jessica and I stop here nearly every time on our way back from Chattanooga. Everything is fresh, food is scrumptious, the servers are definitely "people persons" and we like the fact we are helping fire fighters. Definitely recommend Firehouse Subs and we will be returning there soon.
Parking: We have never had any difficulty in finding a parking space.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking with ramp to sidewalk.
The food is great and most if the workers are very nice. I work nearby so it's also very convenient for lunch breaks, however one of their workers, Tami, is not very nice and likes to make snide remarks and comments. Would totally recommend but ask someone else to take your order.

I rolled up at 12pm and they are like hey, I hope it’s cool that u might need to wait like 20 minutes cuz somebody just came in before you and ordered 20 sandwiches. Actually that is NOT OK they should call ahead, you should tell them they need to wait like 90 minutes because you need to service the lunch crowd. I’ve worked at sandwich places and pizza places, this is standard practice, You don’t get to shutdown the store when u have a large order, u should teach them some manners and make them wait.
