I love Hardee's. The employee that took our order was nice enough but half the lobby was closed off. Of the 8 tables available only one was clean. They weren't busy. We were the only lobby order left to take and fill and the drive thru only had one car in it, yet no one came out to clean the tables in the lobby. We ordered dine-in but got served a to go bag and no tray. If they were short handed you couldn't tell it since 3 ladies stood at the front talking about nonsense, not work. Everything about this visit was far from anything I expect from any restaurant that I go to. The food was good and that's the only reason they got 2 stars. Expect and demand more from your employees because your customers do.

I really recommend this place. The employees are always friendly and patient. I highly recommend getting the number 9 it's delicious!! If you haven't been in awhile or at all, you're missing out they have delicious food and the prices aren't bad at all. Stop in and order a number nine and their delicious fries.

The biscuits were not all the way done and the food was not as warm or fresh as other locations I've been to in the area. Service was very slow considering that there were only 2 other cars and when we got our food the lady just said here's your food, didn't smile or even look at us and looked like she was not happy at all. Probably not going back to this location.

This place has some one the most kind hearted and thoughtful souls I've ever met in the fast food industry. My van had broken down on the side of the road directly infront of their store, and ofc I was lowkey freaking out that there would be an issue of me leaving it there to long. Not only did they offer me exemplary service, they also went the extra mile and made my fries and apple turnover from scratch 🥺
We need more people like this in the fast food industry, as well as we need to make an effort to be more nice to the ones we do have. These guys really helped take the bite out of the crappy situation I was in.

Was told after a 10 min wait that the store was cash only now. Don't usually have cash so only got a small sandwich instead of my lunch. As I was leaving I hear someone come in to pickup an online order? Why was this not listed as an option to start with??!!

The Hardee’s in Dayton needs to respect their employees a little better especially the Hispanic lady that works there is rude to some of the employees and some are working hours before break while other come and go anytime to go out and smoke

The chicken on their breakfast biscuits is always burnt . Its always dark brown. Tastes like old used oil. They used to be the best. Now they are the worst. Like the burgers really good though. Cant beat Flame broiled.
