I was pulled forward for 2 orders of chicken tenders and frys. I was told everything would be fresh and hot. I waited 6 minutes and it takes me 3 min or less to get home. My daughter's tenders were amazingly hot and good but my tenders were cold and both frys were cold. Why would you not make both fresh if I have to wait. Why did I deserve cold food. If I ask for the oder to be hot everything should be hot.

I've come to this store multiple times and had awful service more often than not. The crew is Unprofessional. I've received attitude for catching their mistakes on my order before And having the nerve to have it fixed. Most recently I sat at the drive thru for over 5 minutes waiting on my order to be taken, only to drive around the building to see the crew standing in a circle playing on their phones And chatting Versus taking care of customers. Absolutely awful.

I been going here for about 2 years almost everyday during my lunch break. I order the same thing every single time. Theres been times they forget my drink an I just can't go back because I forgot myself about the drink. 10/10 times during your order they don't even tell you how much it is until your at the window. Your approximate wait time regardless if your first or last takes 20 mins. For a 30 min break I find myself having to walk back in while eating at work. The order just takes to long vs every other place within 10 mins you have your order an your out. I also tell them be light on the mayo an 7/10 times my request is ignored an it's caked with mayo not just on top of the bun but on the bottom as well. No one wants a burger caked in mayo. I have decided to never come back. I just pulled up 2nd in line an waited at the speaker for over 15 mins was just told give them a min. This happens so much its unreal eventually I just drove off. Ill find somewhere else from now on. The 2nd shift crew is just unreal.

Very unsanitary habits taking place, one worker dipping ice cream for shakes no gloves and wiping hands on jeans after each scoop, another worker wearing filthy stained clothing, another had pants so low you could see most of his underwear, absolutely disgusting
I love Hardee's. The employee that took our order was nice enough but half the lobby was closed off. Of the 8 tables available only one was clean. They weren't busy. We were the only lobby order left to take and fill and the drive thru only had one car in it, yet no one came out to clean the tables in the lobby. We ordered dine-in but got served a to go bag and no tray. If they were short handed you couldn't tell it since 3 ladies stood at the front talking about nonsense, not work. Everything about this visit was far from anything I expect from any restaurant that I go to. The food was good and that's the only reason they got 2 stars. Expect and demand more from your employees because your customers do.

I really recommend this place. The employees are always friendly and patient. I highly recommend getting the number 9 it's delicious!! If you haven't been in awhile or at all, you're missing out they have delicious food and the prices aren't bad at all. Stop in and order a number nine and their delicious fries.
