These guys started out so well but the quality of the food has really deteriorated. The last time we went the server was awesome but 4 of the 6 meals were almost inedible. Hopefully they work out the kinks soon.

I have been here several times and I really like that they have the same employees. That's a good indicator that they are good reliable people. Very kind and do a really good job. Don't forget to tip, they DO deserve it...

We've been to this huddle house a few times and everyone we get the same waitress who is not very polite or friendly, seems irritated all the time. The peeling of the waffles with bare hands is an ick. It's not always the cleanest place, the bathrooms are eh. The very last time we went we had that specific waitress, and we ordered our food. When we received the food, the blueberry balls were still raw in the middle, the "fruit cup" was just a bowl of grapes with a couple apple slices, my food was cold and parts under cooked. Husband's waffle was doughy in the middle. It was just awful. The waitress asked if everything was okay and when we went to tell her the problem she walked away and didn't care. We paid and left, and we won't ever be back.

DeSoto house is outstanding. Mostly all women who man the grill positions and they are excellent at cooking! I highly recommend this huddle House and there really is no other options except for McDonald's or waffle House in Dayton Tennessee.

Stepped in spilled drink on floor ,it had been there awhile, was dried up n very sticky I told them, but no one cleaned it up while I was there! A Lot of gossip going on! Only 1 table of customers in there! Not your usual visit , don't think a mg was there!! It showed! Normally I love this place .... just a bad day I guess. Food was wonderful as always!

I came in and placed my order and asked for milk with it. I was told that they had none at the time so I continued to place my order to eat in. Half way thru my meal I was approached with a glass of milk. Im Gonna say I was very Happy. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I’m Very Grateful for The Awesome Customer Service!!!!I will be Back Again and Again.Real GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!Hats off to The Manager and Staff!!!
Good place to eat when your time is limited and I like their $5.99 meals specially when you do not eat big meal a lunch and their service always is good.

My food was over cooked. The waitress brought the food and took off. I couldn't even tell her I wanted ketchup. Looked like everyone was in the back taking break.
