This location is under very poor management. The staff is less than friendly and it’s not worth it to order takeout in advance because they will not start cooking it till you get there. Every single time, no matter how much ahead you put your order in, even a full days in advance, it will not be ready when you arrive. And the management will make no apologies or effort to make it right.

The employees upfront were sluggish, quiet, forgetful, and uninviting. I had to repeat myself multiple times. It seems like it’s kids running the place half the time. It’s 50 50 every time you visit the establishment in my opinion.

Bad experience. I ordered a jar of chicken and the order was not ready when it arrived. Those who served. They didn't feel like working. I asked about my order and they said it was not in the system. They are not friendly..
I ordered online to pick up and go. They gave me food to the pick up person ahead of me by mistake and acted like jerks about the whole incident. On top of that, I didn't get my biscuits. Speaking with management was a waste of time, she just made excuses for the poor attitudes and training of the staff. It was a waste of money and time. Won't ever eat there again. The whole thing sucked.
