I went through the drive through to buy dinner I had placed one order the person at the drive through didn't ask if that was all he just gave a total. I asked to finish my order then he said is that it? Wasn't very friendly service and I had to park to wait on my food which was no issue but they did not bring my drink out I had ordered either . Not a very good experience.

Mediocre food and staff is incapable of getting an order correct. Last time i ordered from here i got someone else's order and this time half of it was missing. Save yourself some trouble and spend your money elsewhere.

I went through drive through gir 8 piece chicken and ir said you get 2 sides and 4 biscuits bur I got single order of slaw and single potatoes and gravy and no biscuits. 28 bucks I call them abs hung up 9n me.i was nice but now I'm pissed. I don't mind paying their ridiculous prices but 8 do mind not getting what I ordered.

I wrote a previous negative rating but decided to try again. On one visit, they served chicken that was at least two days old. It was inedible, in addition to getting my order wrong. The following visit, the chicken was ok, but the fries were at least two days old and were horrible. There are serious management and health department issues with this location. I will not be back.

Ate there for the first time tonight with 2 of our grandkids who had never eaten at KFC before, and we talked them in to trying it out. Well what a mistake! They got my wife’s order wrong and when she went up to ask for it to be corrected, the lady who seemed to be in charge treated her very rude. It made her mad at my wife! Then I asked for napkins and they didn’t have any! Oh well, you live and learn but we won’t be back there.
Slowest KFC I've ever been to. Service is terrible. Placed online order and it took 45 minutes for it to be ready after it said it was ready. Staff is rude and quite frankly they don't care about the customer. I only came for the free chicken but I won't be back to this KFC which needs new staff and manager

went thru drive thru almost an hour before close they said they didn't have any chicken cooked and wasn't going to cook any when I said they should try to have chicken until closing I was told not to come back which won't be a problem I'll never do business with KFC again
