I came in ordered asked for some ketchup for my fries and was told they didn't have any i was fine with that i went out to my truck and got a pack i had in it but every single person in drive through was asked if they wanted ketchup and was gave it at that point i was like forget it im not going to go back and ask again. The ladies restroom was gross I walked in and right back out.

Got two classic patty melts tonight. Not good. No mayonnaise, no pickles, no onions. Patties were dry and burnt. Tried to add picture but can't yet. Will not be going back.

My husband just came and ordered a pick 5 and a 12 pack. He got home and didn’t have the pick 5 and only 4 of the 12 pack was made the way he ordered it. He went back to get it fixed because of we are paying then it should be made correctly, and all in the bag, but Amy decided she wanted to have an attitude and argue with him about it even though it was literally 5-10 minutes from leaving and he had the receipt and the food, and she still wanted to argue that it wasn’t wrong. We finally got the remake and the pick 5 and he gets home and they are still wrong (probably because she wanted to huff and puff instead of listen). My baby currently has the flu so we won’t be making a second trip to argue with amy, but I am highly disappointed in the service and the food. I tried calling but the phone of course won’t receive phone calls.

It's a place for an occasional treat of simple fast food. While I don't recommend it for regular eating, the Krystals, Chicks, and junkyard fries are fun if you don't overdo it.
