My husband just came and ordered a pick 5 and a 12 pack. He got home and didn’t have the pick 5 and only 4 of the 12 pack was made the way he ordered it. He went back to get it fixed because of we are paying then it should be made correctly, and all in the bag, but Amy decided she wanted to have an attitude and argue with him about it even though it was literally 5-10 minutes from leaving and he had the receipt and the food, and she still wanted to argue that it wasn’t wrong. We finally got the remake and the pick 5 and he gets home and they are still wrong (probably because she wanted to huff and puff instead of listen). My baby currently has the flu so we won’t be making a second trip to argue with amy, but I am highly disappointed in the service and the food. I tried calling but the phone of course won’t receive phone calls.

I was not impressed by the food at this restaurant. It may just be personal preference but I did not care for the taste or texture of the burgers, or the apple turnover. The fries were good and the service was great. Many options here and the prices are decent.

Good chili cheese fries, Krystal's, and chili cheese pups. Not the greatest breakfast food in my opinion. Mainly go for a cup of ice. Prices are too high.

We ordered a few double cheese Krystals and an order of fries. The fries were delicious! Hot and salty! I took 1 bite of a double cheese Krystal and there was a hair! I'm completely disgusted now! Sure, I understand it happens from time to time, but I just can't anymore! All restaurants should seriously mandate hair nets and have their clothing checked regularly!
