Papa Johns Pizza

Just had a delivery and I put cash. Once he got here he said he didn’t have change for the bill I had. That’s fine, I went and got change and headed my son a little more and told him he would need change. I assumed he had change for the $20 verse the bigger bill. I assumed that since I put cash he would arrive with some cash. Just in case he needed change. My son id need $5 back and the older gentleman said thanks and walked out. I don’t care to tip but just to take the money and dip out is kinda rude. Definitely do not wanna reorder here for greedy employees.

This time we ordered was not a pleasant experience. The lady at register talked so fast you couldn't understand a word she says and seemed annoyed when I couldn't understand her still after the third time I had to ask her WHAT. Service time to get pizza is always fast. Unfortunately that could have had something to do with our horrible pizza that was under cooked. We ordered a regular crust with 3 toppings and the crust was limp not even close firm. Then cheese was barely melted. Over all quality very poor.
We ordered on 6/21 about 7:00

You could not understand the person that you were ordering on the phone had a snappy voice keep asking me if I wanted to do stuff to my pizza I just what a pizza

I always order in the app and drive to pick it up. It's always clean inside when I visit and I never have to wait long. They could do a bit better at cutting the pizzas thoroughly, especially the Papadias. Sometimes they seem slightly undercooked as well. But I do keep coming back for more.

I have a pizza delivery guy named Antonio and he was so rude and hateful to me and I would like to fail a complaint
You need to either tell him to change his attitude, or I will complain to the manager and have him fired

I ordered Tuscan six-cheese breadsticks and the right cheese was not used and had so much cheese piled on it it was falling off the breadsticks. It was not edible

I wish I had another Papa John's on my way home....I rarely have a good experience with this location. I keep trying though every so often, because I know management & employees change often in restaurants. How hard is it to make a pizza?

Placed order and was told on the phone order would be ready in 21 minutes got there to pick it up cashier said it would be another 35 to 40 minutes though pick up would be faster then delivery but not the case
