Absolutely the worst dining experience in Dayton Tennessee. 30 minutes and I still do not have my order. I pushed the red button again and the boy advised he was coming out with it. 10 minutes later and no order. I pushed the button again and he said Welcome to Sonic, we are no longer taking orders. Then hung up on me.
Get your shop in order or close down. This is unacceptable. I could have been 40 minutes further down the road where places are run with order.

I have not had a single good experience here in my 2 years of living in Dayton. Whether it be payment issues, order wrong, not having things in stock that are on the menu, and most recently they have turned into a “24 hour” location. Every time we go late in the night the grill is “closed” for cleaning. Only drinks are available to be made. I would note that on your hours. Changes need to be made
My fiance and I love going to sonic. Especially now that it's open 24/7. Tonight we both ordered a triple smash burger combo and they were absolutely delicious. Everything was spot on with our order. I also got a blue raspberry slushie with needs.

Ordered the #2 smash burger meal with onion rings and a coke as well as a small milk shake. For just that meal and small shake it was $22.67! How?! And to make it worse my smash burger was just that....SMASHED all over in the box. I had to come home and eat it with a fork! The whole bun was saturated in grease and the meat, sauce, onions and pickles were a nasty wad of mush in the box. Never again will I come here!!!!!! Do better or charge less

ALWAYS gets food wrong! Ran by children and will burn your food and or get it completely wrong, and when you bring it back even the MANAGER will get it wrong. 33 year old manager ONLY hires teenagers and takes breaks with them???? Ran by children!!! WILL ALWAYS MESS UP YOUR FOOD!

Delivering for DoorDash and waited 5 minutes minimum after pressing red button over and over. The dude said sorry my head set was dead but he was outside talking to some red Toyota four runner. So he’s a liar and that’s bullshit. We are trying to pay for daughters formula but losing money because of a liar. It’s bullshit this location is trash and so is the workers.
