The food wasnt even warm, I swear it had no flavor whatsoever, and it tasted stale like it was from last week. To top it off, the drinks were made wrong and they messed up my order. I'm officially boycotting this place because that was truly a disgusting experience.

For 2 route 44 drinks it took 30 minutes I get that it was a Saturday and people are out and abt it’s gonna be busy but have more people scheduled damn it!! I mean come on I could’ve just walked in and made my own damn drink!!

Worst service I’ve ever had is Sonic in Dayton tn 37321. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. When my food is finally delivered 30 minutes past my “ready for pickup” time cold food . Horrible service . Would not recommended to ever visit again.

Absolutely the worst dining experience in Dayton Tennessee. 30 minutes and I still do not have my order. I pushed the red button again and the boy advised he was coming out with it. 10 minutes later and no order. I pushed the button again and he said Welcome to Sonic, we are no longer taking orders. Then hung up on me.
Get your shop in order or close down. This is unacceptable. I could have been 40 minutes further down the road where places are run with order.

Served a shake with a hole in the cup. Got my order sort of wrong. Ordered a foot long#9 and got a plain footlong.
